Monster Hunter Wilds’ first update, aptly called Title Update 1, is finally here. The launch was one of the biggest this year, but the developers haven’t stopped the content yet. The first update for April 4 has just had its details extended. Here are the biggest things that the game is going to get:

Monster Hunter Wilds Title Update 1 Features
Monster Hunter Wilds Title Update 1 is going to introduce a Grand Hub, a new social space for hunters to interact with one another online. They can communicate and try out fun activities in this brand-new place. Per the developers, the hub has long been a place of worship for the people of Suja, and there may be a Diva occasionally singing in offering at night.
It will have some minigames, such as bowling. Players can roll barrel bombs into targets here and earn a score based on their rolls. You can win items and pendants for your hunts. Additionally, Felynes can cook you delicious meals in the hub. The Grand Hub is accessible at Hunter Rank 16. Unlock it by talking to Tetsuzan in Suja, the Peaks of Accord.
Zoh Shiah, perhaps the most fearsome monster in Monster Hunter Wilds, is back in Title Update 1 as well. Prior to the update, players could only fight the monster once during the story , but that’s no longer the case. That alone is a huge change to the game, but you can also get drops from the monster that can be used to create brand-new High Rank hunter and Palico equipment. Hunters at rank 50 can do the Zoh Shiah quest as many times as they want.
Perhaps the biggest news is that there’s a new monster coming to the Wilds . The graceful Leviathan Mizutsune is being added to the game in Title Update 1. Not only can you fight the iconic beast, but the Leviathan also comes with new armor sets to forge for your hunter as well as your Palico. An eight-star Tempered Mizutsune can appear in the game also following the update. To hunt this beast, you can talk to Kanya in the Scarlet Forest Base Camp, but you must be rank 21 or higher.
There’s plenty more found in the official early patch notes , including a slight tease for Lagiacrus. Remember that the update goes live on April 4, so be sure to update your game then to take advantage of all this new content.
