Players will have to be more than just resourceful in Atomfall, as survival also depends on having the ability to solve puzzles and overcome a variety of challenges. To increase your odds of success, particularly for those playing one of the game’s harder difficulties, you’ll need all the help you can get.
One ideal way of getting your hands on additional resources in the game is by accessing remote bunkers and locked doors. How To Unlock Storage Room C in Atomfall
In addition to gaining access to more of The Interchange, players who use their Atomic Batteries to power up datapoints can also get into each one’s storage room, which is generally filled with useful materials and bonuses. This is no different for Data Store Charlie, but it does require some puzzle-solving.
To gain access to Data Store Charlie’s Storage Room players will need to acquire the key card and power up the door, both of which can be done from the room where the door is. For starters, players can easily grab the key to the electric lock by looting the dead body to the right of the door, as the deceased NPC has it on their person.
Powering the door, however, is a little more challenging. In most cases, locks of this nature can be bypassed by using the Signal Redirector or an Atomic Battery, but in this case it is a matter of pressing buttons in the correct sequence. Each computer tower in the room has a button in the middle that you can press. By pressing the four correct buttons in sequence, you can unlock the door. The correct order is as follows, given from the perspective of standing in front of the Storage Room door and looking into the room:
- Second on the right – so, on the first tower but on the opposite side from where you’re facing.
- First on the left – the closest one to the dead body.
- Third on the right – directly opposite the first button.
- Fourth on the left – on the opposite side of the furthest tower from the door.
Each time you press the correct button, a light beeping sound will be heard and another of the lights above the door will turn green. If you hit the wrong button, a different sound will trigger and the lights will all turn red again.
Datapoint Charlie Storage Room Rewards
While the storage room may not be the most lucrative location in Atomfall, it still has some loot worth grabbing. In addition to the bandages, supplies, and note that you find in the room, there is also a vital resource you will need for leveling up your character.
In the case in the corner of the storage room, players will find a recipe for a Radiation Resistance tonic, which will allow you to craft the elixir once it is consumed/learned. In addition, the case has a Training Stimulant, which is an essential resource for purchasing new skills.
