After the game’s launch in October 2024, Pokemon TCG Pocket continues to receive a steady flow of updates and new events to keep players invested in opening new packs and building their decks. A trading feature was implemented in Pokemon TCG Pocket, and although the feature was heavily criticized for its technical issues and restrictions, subsequent changes and updates ensured gamers could reap the benefits of trading without Trade Tokens. Every month, millions of gamers are still coming back to Pokemon TCG Pocket thanks to the game’s well-received features and a steady release schedule of booster packs.

Moreover, the Mass Outbreak event includes new Missions in Pokemon TCG Pocket that award shop tickets for wonder picking and collecting certain cards. One of the awards that will be available via exchanges is the Leafeon ex Petals Flair: White (Battle), which adds special effects to the player’s Leafeon ex card. Typically, Flairs in Pokemon TCG Pocket are earned from obtaining extra copies of cards that are already in the player’s collection.
While the Mash Outbreak event is ongoing, Pokemon TCG Pocket players can also look forward to the debut of Shiny Pokemon with the all-new Shining Revelry booster pack on March 27. The Shining Revelry booster pack introduces Shiny versions of Charizard ex, Lucario ex, Pachirisu, and much more. From April 1 onwards, players can obtain a Shiny Charizard display board to show off their favorite cards. Shining Revelry also includes cards for Pokemon and Trainers from Pokemon Scarlet and Violet, including Tatsugiri, Sprigatito, and Paldea’s Electric Gym Leader Iono.
