Pokemon TCG has officially unveiled the Destined Rivals expansion, which will hit shelves on May 30. It will be the 10th main expansion of the Scarlet and Violet era of Pokemon TCG and will introduce over 240 new cards for players to collect.
One of the highlights of the new expansion is the emphasis on Team Rocket, some of the most iconic villains from the Pokemon anime and games. This is not the first time that Giovanni and his henchmen have been featured on Pokemon cards, with Team Rocket having several appearances beginning in 1997 with the release of a self-titled expansion. But while the new Pokemon TCG set puts the famous villains in the spotlight, there’s even more for players to look forward to in the upcoming release.
