World of Warcraft Patch 11.1.5 Could Have a Surprise for Hunters

Evidence suggests World of Warcraft may be adding a new customization option for Hunters in Patch 11.1.5 that many players have been hoping for.

While the update hasn’t gotten an official release date yet, some evidence from the Public Test Realm could hint at its arrival much sooner than one might imagine. The splash screen infographic for the update, which makes mention of new World of Warcraft activities like the Winds of Fortune leveling event, also says several events, including Children’s Week and Horrific Visions Revisited, will be coming soon. Speculative World of Warcraft Patch 11.1.5 Release Dates

  • April 22 – World of Warcraft: The War Within Patch 11.1.5
  • May 20 – Horrific Visions Revisited

As for Horrific Visions Revisited, the in-game calendar on the PTR currently lists May 20 as the date when the activity will become available. Assuming an April 22 release date, that would put Horrific Visions Revisited four weeks after the rest of Patch 11.1.5 – and likely around halfway between it and Patch 11.1.7.

April 22 would also be exactly eight weeks after the release of World of Warcraft Patch 11.1, Undermine(d), putting it in line with Blizzard’s rapid eight-week release cadence. While it is important to remember that these speculative release dates could be subject to change, World of Warcraft fans likely won’t have to wait long for Blizzard to share the official schedule.

Beyond Children’s Week, Dastardly Duos, and Horrific Visions Revisited, World of Warcraft players can also look forward to Noblegarden in the near future as well. The week-long, Easter-themed holiday begins on April 21, and ends around when Children’s Week begins. If Patch 11.1.5 does release on April 22, World of Warcraft fans are going to have plenty of things to do this spring.
