It is highly likely that the chapter will begin here, considering the fact that Loki’s part is much larger and will likely span over multiple chapters. First thing first, the beasts in the Sun World are currently on a rampage and there are two main issues to address. The first issue is the fire that is spreading currently due to Loki’s attack, and the second issue is the problem surrounding the beasts and the children.

The fire likely poses the bigger threat at this point since it can wreck the entirety of Elbaf. As such, fans should fully expect to see someone attack the Giant beasts that were created by Killingham’s Devil Fruit in One Piece chapter 1142. The two Giants that fans know can counter this threat are Dorry and Brogy, and fans will most likely see them attack the beasts. Given their bounty of 1.8 billion berries, it should be expected of them to take care of a few of the monsters, especially the Draugr that stopped the Fire Svalr in the previous chapter.

At the same time, fans could also see other Giants move closer to where the children are. Jarul mentioned his great-great-great-granddaughter is none other than Ylva, which means that fans will likely see him head towards the Walrus School. Of course, the Children themselves are headed towards the Western Village, which means they’ll meet up somewhere in between soon, possibly even in One Piece chapter 1144.

For the longest time, fans have wanted Usopp and Nami to get their big moments in Elbaf, and it is entirely possible that with One Piece chapter 1144, these moments are now getting closer. Nami is known to be a fierce protector of children, which means that fans will likely see her rescue the Giant children.

At the same time, Usopp needs to prove himself to the Giants as well, and he should be ready to fight against the enemies of the Giants, which will most likely be the nightmare monsters. Their big moments could very well be set up in One Piece chapter 1144.

Finally, the biggest part of One Piece chapter 1144 is going to be concerning Loki. In the previous chapter, Loki showed the fans that there is a deeper truth behind the death of King Harald. Although he didn’t exactly deny doing it, he most certainly implied that there is a bigger reason for why he had to do it.

One Piece chapter 1144 could see Loki explain his side of the story to his half-brother Hajrudin, and along with him, Luffy as well. The mystery of Harald’s death can only be solved with a flashback, and given how much Loki’s past has been hyped up, fans most certainly need a glimpse of it.

Hopefully, One Piece chapter 1144 will give fans a true glimpse of Loki’s past, including things like his birth, his relationship with Hajrudin and Harald, and how he ate his Devil Fruit. All these mysteries and more could be solved in the upcoming OP chapter 1144.
