Quest 3: Stolen Hearts
The next portion if you want to romance Gennojo in Assassin’s Creed Shadows requires you to head to Kiyomizudera in southeastern Kyoto. However, when you reach the meeting spot, Gennojo is nowhere to be found.
At this point, you need to follow the blood trail on the road that leads further to the west. Eventually, you’ll stumble upon a small hut where Gennojo is being accosted by two soldiers. Eliminate both threats and untie Gennojo.
Romance reply after freeing Gennojo: “I’m here for you.”
