Path of Ambition is a vendor in Destiny 2: Heresy, featuring its own ranks, rewards, and heretical rituals. Unlike the Path of Resolve, which is available by default, unlocking this requires you to complete certain objectives. To unlock Path of Ambition, you must first obtain a Tithing Wormspawn.

The easiest way to get one is to launch the Court of Blades activity, and check beneath the bridge (near the King’s Fall raid entrance) – it is the same area where a Tormentor appears during the Nether activity. Path Of Ambition Walkthrough
From the Trenchway, continue straight into a cave where you will see a Taken Portal. It will teleport you to another location in the Dreadnaught, where you will need to enter another Taken Portal.
Jump into the hole in front of you, and keep dropping down until you reach a dimly–lit room. Use the beams to climb up to an open area with a structure (surrounded by Blights) at its center.
From this structure, enter another couple of Taken Portals in the distance. You will eventually encounter a Wizard named Xvaak, Waybearer. Use any Special / Heavy to defeat it, capture the Hive Plate, and enter the Core of Corruption.
Interact with the statue to ‘Embrace Ambition,’ beginning a survival encounter. You will need to defeat waves of Taken Thralls, Captains, and War Beasts until you are teleported out. Roaming Supers and perks like Voltshot, Chain Reaction, Destabilizing Rounds, etc. work well here.
Return to Eris’s Flat in The Last City, interact with the Taken Orb to ‘Embrace Your Ambition’, then interact with the Shaping Slab to finish the mission.
