Ahead of Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2’s launch last month, developer Warhorse Studios released an action-packed CGI trailer in which Henry dances with a woman, gets punched by knights in shining armour, and falls smack bang in the mud. It’s a fun little teaser, but there’s a lingering mystery fans are eager to solve: who exactly was that woman?
Not ‘who played her’ — we know that, it was Alicia Zaremba, a Polish model. No, the question is who is she in-game? And it was put forward by u/No_Tangerine_6690, stirring the community into action. “A wench,” the top comment, penned by u/mattseesyou, puts it. Though that’s hardly a satisfying answer.

u/masum-insan, however, suggested that she was an NPC from the bathhouse quest, A Good Scrub, in which you help Betty get her fledgling business off the ground. That’s still just ‘generic wench’ with extra steps, rather than a concrete answer. But unfortunately, that’s the closest we’re gonna get.
She Probably Isn’t In The Game
“Random bathmaid” sums it up. Zaremba doesn’t appear to be in the game whatsoever, instead playing a stand-in for the possible characters you can meet in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 for the trailer. “This ‘NPC’ doesn’t exist at all,” u/Mr_Korky put it plainly.
Nevertheless, she swayed at least one person to grab the game, “I’d been going to buy the [sic] KCD2 anyway, sooner or later, but this lady made me pre-order it,” u/Ex_Machine commented. “I couldn’t find her in a [sic] game. I would say that my disappointment is immeasurable, but they gave us Capon, so…”
