This may come as a surprise to some, but Saibamen are no joke. These tiny creatures are stated to be stronger than Raditz, who alone could defeat Goku and Piccolo at the same time. Piccolo, at this time, is capable of obliterating the moon at speeds faster than light. Goku is still stronger than this Piccolo.
Raditz is able to toy with both of these characters and is clearly much stronger than them. Now, a single Saibaman is stronger than that Raditz. It’s safe to say that It would only take a single Saibaman to destroy Sukuna. The difference in speed and raw strength is too big for Sukuna to overcome.

Kageyama Shigeo

This match-up might be a bit closer, but in the end, Mob will likely come out on top. Mob is a powerful esper with abilities that can turn entire cities upside down. He’s able to fight against old spirits in their own domain and break through it.
The only way Sukuna wins is by hitting Mob with a world-cutting slash. However, Mob will likely take care of Sukuna before he has the chance to do so. If Mob awakens to ???%, he could completely crush Sukuna before Sukuna launches a counterattack.

Sosuke Aizen

Aizen doesn’t even need to do anything physical to defeat Sukuna because he can manipulate reality itself. You could argue that Aizen’s spiritual aura alone would be enough to negate every single technique Sukuna has to throw at him. Unfortunately for Sukuna, this match-up is not even close. Despite having hack abilities, Aizen’s physical stats also scale much higher than Sukuna’s.
There really isn’t anything Sukuna could do to defeat Aizen. Having Mahoraga at his disposal wouldn’t do much for Sukuna either. Even assuming an unlikely scenario where Sukuna and Gojo team up, Aizen would end up defeating both Gojo and Sukuna at the same time.

Muzan Kibutsuji

Muzan is the king of Demons who is entirely immortal. On top of that, he has incredible speed and strength feats that most likely surpass Sukuna’s. Muzan also has blood demon arts that could instantly wipe Sukuna out. Even if Sukuna gets hits on Muzan, there is no way for him to kill Muzan.
Surprisingly enough, taking away Muzan’s intellect or character traits and having him fight Sukuna in broad daylight would still not go well for Sukuna. Muzan would be able to take care of Sukuna before the sunlight could completely disintegrate Muzan’s body.

Nanika
Hunter X Hunter
Nanika is a creature from the dark continent with the power to make nearly any wish come true. Her powers seem to be limitless and able to accomplish virtually anything. However, it’s not yet clear whether Nanika can willingly use her powers or if she requires someone to wish for something.
Besides the power to do literally anything, Nanika doesn’t have any physical strength or combat abilities. There is an argument to be made about Sukuna winning if Nanika is unable to use her powers of her own free will. However, if she can use them, all she has to do is make Sukuna disappear, and that will be the end of the battle.

Frieren
Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End
Frieren is a powerful thousand-year-old mage who has countless spells she could use to defeat Sukuna. While she has never truly shown what she’s capable of, few of her feats reveal her potential to take Sukuna down. She’s a highly intelligent mage who can tweak magic depending on her opponent. Additionally, Frieren is shown to dodge light-like attacks that could put her speed feats above Sukuna’s.
If you low-ball Frieren’s speed, then Sukuna could potentially win the fight with one world-cutting slash. However, it’s likely not fair to Frieren since her true abilities are far above what she has shown us yet.

All Might is a pure powerhouse with incredible speed feats. Even after passing One for All to Deku, All Might was strong enough to create wind pressure with just a swing of a fist. That single swing changed the weather and made it rain. No matter what Sukuna does, the pure power and speed All Might has far surpasses him.

Knowing All Might’s character, he will quickly knock Sukuna out before it’s too late. He will realize how much of a threat Sukuna is, especially considering he lives in a universe with quirks that can sometimes have hack abilities. All Might will not wait to find out what Sukuna’s powers are.

Madara Uchiha

Madara without a doubt wipes the floor with Sukuna. You don’t even have to give him the Ten Tails. Just base Madara with a Rinnegan would be enough because his durability, speed, strength, and techniques far surpass Sukuna’s. He wouldn’t even need any of that in the first place, as genjutsu alone would be enough to instantly paralyze Sukuna.
Similar to Aizen, there really isn’t any way for Sukuna to win against Madara. Even assuming that Genjutsu somehow doesn’t work on Sukuna, all Madara has to do is summon a few meteorites from space.
