Melee Combat Manual
Unlocks: Melee Weapon Attack Power, Seasoned Brawler, Heavy Melee Attack Power
Location: On the desk near the B.A.R.D crate in the Outlaw’s Cave in Slatten Dale.
Bow Mastery Manual
Unlocks: Draw Speed, Draw Control, Bow Focus
Location: Sitting on a crate to the right of the main entrance to the Druids’ Castle in Casterfell Woods.
Stealth Manual
Unlocks: Quiet Takedown, Quiet Movement, Surprise Attack
Location: Purchase from Molly Jawett at the Trader Camp in Slatten Dale or retrieve from the Conservatory in Datlow Hall. The latter requires the Conservatory Key, which you will receive from Prudence Rook inside Datlow Hall after you find Jenks at Casterfell Dam.
Consumables Manual
Unlocks: Gut Health, Buff Duration, Blue Fingers
Location: Purchase from Billy Gorse at the Trader Camp in Casterfell Woods or retrieve from the locked room above the bakery in Wyndham Village. Requires the Bedroom Bakery Key to access, which you can find on the desk in Wyndham Garage.
Crafting Manual
Unlocks: Gunsmith, Deep Pockets, and Crafting Speed
Location: or receive from Morris Wick in the Village Shop in Wyndham Village. Requires the “Finding: Kill the One They Call Maisie” found in the Brewery Cellar in Wyndham. Accuse Wick and select the Bargaining dialogue choice when prompted.
Firearms Mastery Manual
Unlocks: Firearms Stability, Firearms Handling, Firearms Focus
Location: Purchase from Corporal “Bootsy” Hughes at the Trader Camp in Skethermoor or in Electrical B in the Master Control Room within Skethermoor Prison. Use the Signal Redirector on the nearby junction boxes to reroute the power and open the electric lock.
Resistances Manual
Unlocks: Burn Resistance, Bleed Resistance, Poison Resistance
Location: On the crates in the passage leading from the Auditorium to the Medical Tunnels. Use Holder’s Keycard on the card reader in Medical to access the Auditorium. You can receive this Dr. Holder in the Forgotten Cellar in St. Katherine’s Church, which you can access with the Church Cellar Key next to the “Finding: Holder is Up To Something” audio log in Medical.
