Summary
- We’ve known for a while that Bleach: Rebirth of Souls would get at least one season pass with four new characters.
- Three out of four of those characters might have already leaked thanks to a dataminer going into the game’s files.
- The fourth character isn’t clear right now, but there are a few other fighters found in the files who might fit the bill.
Bleach: Rebirth of Souls only just launched a few days ago, but a dataminer has seemingly already uncovered most of the characters who will be included in the first season pass, and some that might have been cut altogether.
We’re only a few months into 2025, but it’s already shaping up to be a promising year for anime games thanks to a star-studded line-up. As exciting as Demon Slayer: The Hinokami Chronicles 2 and Hunter x Hunter: Nen x Impact look, though, all eyes are currently on the first console Bleach game we’ve had in more than a decade – Bleach: Rebirth of Souls.

Outside of its “broken” launch on Steam, Rebirth of Souls seems like it’s impressed a lot of fans so far thanks to its unique combat mechanics and varied roster. That roster is going to get even more interesting in the following months, as we’ve known for some time that at least one season pass is on the way with four new fighters that might have already leaked.
Three Out Of Four Bleach: Rebirth Of Souls Season Pass Characters Have Leaked
Before Rebirth of Souls launched, Bandai Namco confirmed that the Season Pass 1 characters would be based on The Thousand-Year Blood War, which left some very obvious candidates. It seems that there’s no need to wonder who it might be anymore, though, as reliable leaker SergioM3R has shared a video going through data found in the game’s files.
That data has seemingly confirmed three out of four of the season pass characters, including Ichigo’s True Shikai form, Yhwach, and Ichibei, who are all represented in the game’s files with character art. This doesn’t guarantee them, of course, but they do make sense considering the Thousand-Year Blood War focus.
Some other characters who were found in the datamine include Yumichika Ayasegawa and awakened Aizen, but it seems like they were cut at some point.
Even though three of the characters have seemingly leaked, there’s still space for one more that SergioM3R wasn’t able to confirm. One fighter who might fit the bill is Unohana Yachiru, although the dataminer wasn’t sure since her ID isn’t with the other three that are more definite as DLC fighters.
