Playing alone is all well and good, but for those who want to be a bit more social in Monster Hunter Wilds have a number of avenues for them to interact with other hunters, and if you want to show off your gear, stats, and accomplishments, you can do so by decking out your Hunter Profile.

The Hunter Profile works much like Guild Cards from previous Monster Hunter games. From there, you can display all of your in-game achievements, favorite equipment, and a bunch of other things you can be proud of. If this sounds like something that you’d be interested in, here’s a quick guide covering how it works.

How to Edit Your Hunter Profile in Monster Hunter Wilds

Editing Hunter Profile in MH Wilds

You can access your Hunter Profile by opening the in-game menu and going to the Info tab, the third one from the left with the question mark icon. Select Hunter Profile, and you’ll be presented with the first page of your personal profile.

First, you’ll be greeted by your player card, which displays your character, Seikret, and Palico. If you press the shoulder buttons (or Q/E), you can navigate to different parts of your profile, which include:

  • Your currently equipped gear and stats
  • Quest completion count and weapon usage breakdown
  • Palico equipment and stats
  • A list of all completed MH Wilds achievements
  • Breakdown of all hunted/captured monsters
  • Edit menu

All sections of your profile will be visible to other players except the Editing screen.

If you want to change anything on your profile’s display card, head to the Editing section to find a list of options. Here, you can edit your character’s pose and expression as well as the background of the card itself. You’ll also be able to add widgets to your card so you can show off your achievements and other stats.

Your profile will reflect your equipped gear unless you use the Register Equipment option.

You can view the profiles of other players by going to the Members List in the menu, assuming you’re playing in a public lobby. From that same menu, you can also view the profiles of any one of your Hunter Friends, Followers, and even hunters you’ve recently played with.

Players won’t be able to send Guild Cards anymore, unlike in previous games. Although, since anyone can view other players’ profile at any time, adding new friends or checking out others’ achievements in MH Wilds shouldn’t be an issue. In case you need to report someone for whatever reason, you can do so by visiting their Hunter Profile through the Member’s List.
