Upcoming dating simulator Date Everything is scheduled to launch in June, and the team at Sassy Chap Games is heightening excitement by revealing new dateable objects at a breakneck pace, including at least one every day for the past week. Date Everything is confirmed to feature 100 dateable characters, ranging from sinks and chairs to crippling self-doubt and the concept of glitches. Here’s a round-up of new characters announced over the past week via Date Everything’s social media.

The Date Everything team talk the highs and lows of creating the ambitious dating sim, where players can date 100 humanized objects.
Several New Dateables Have Been Revealed Recently
Date Everything starts when the player character receives a pair of “Dateviator” glasses that let them see and get to know humanoid versions of objects in their home and abstract concepts. The game is developed by a team including veteran actors Ray Chase, Robbie Daymond, and Amanda Hufford, and, according to Daymond, features “the most stacked cast” of any video game.
The newly introduced characters are:
- Bathsheba, an elegant bathtub, played by Anjali Bhimani
- Winnifred, a hard-working water heater, played by Debra Wilson
- The Sassy Chap, mascot of Sassy Chap Studios, played by Adam Croasdell
- Jean Loo Pissoir, aka Lil’ Crapper, a rapping toilet, played by Sassy Chap co-founder Max Mittleman
- Tydus Andromache, a warlike Tide Pod-inspired character, played by Allegra Clark
- Tyrell, a friendly towel, played by Gabe Kunda
- Vaughn Trapp, an eccentric mousetrap, played by Dana Snyder
- XXXShadowlord420XXX, a mysterious character described as “darkness incarnate,” possibly a representation of fear, played by Aleks Le
In addition, the team shared a few short clips highlighting characters who had already been revealed in previous trailers, including the Hanks, a group of hangers played by Daymond and Rebel, a foul-mouthed rubber duck played by Hufford. Other characters, including Lucinda Lavish, whose object identity is unknown, and Sinclaire, a sink, were shown off in clips posted to Date Everything’s social media accounts, but more information was not revealed at this time.
Fans responded positively to the new characters—in particular, there was a great deal of speculation online about the nature of XXXShadowlord420XXX. The announcement of Adam Croasdell, who previously worked closely with Chase and Daymond on Final Fantasy 15, was also met with positive reactions from fans who have been keeping an eye on the regular Date Everything reveals.
With Two Months To Go, There’s Still Plenty Of Characters Left To Reveal
The new cast of dateables and their actors join an already star-studded group alongside the likes of Ben Starr, Laura Bailey, Matthew Mercer, Neil Newbon, and many more. Fan speculation about which actors will appear in Date Everything is ongoing, and the consistent new character announcements only fuel the online excitement even further. It remains to be seen whether the daily reveals will continue, as the team did mention that there are a few characters they plan on keeping secret until Date Everything’s official launch.
While they might not keep up the rapid pace of this past week, the Date Everything team is expected to reveal many more new dateable characters between now and the game’s release in June. In a recent interview with Game Rant—during which they announced the character Dante, a fireplace voiced by Dante Basco—the team explained that they were so excited for each member of their enormous cast and could not wait to share more with fans online. Those interested in keeping up with the new cast announcements should look to Date Everything’s X and Bluesky accounts, where the information is typically shared in the form of character and actor introduction trailers hinting at their personalities and roles in the game.
