In Atelier Yumia: The Alchemist Of Memories & The Envisioned Land, finding ancient ruins and uncovering their secrets is just your everyday routine. But doing so always has some new surprises, especially when it means that Yumia and her crew from the Research Team will end up with some new resources to deal with dangerous areas.

And the best example of that is the Shrines of Prayer. Each region is filled with these ancient monuments, and Auruma is not an exception to the rule. Finding them and completing their puzzles will grant you some interesting upgrades, so they’re always worth your time.
All Shrine Of Prayer Locations In Auruma
You can find a total of 17 Shrines scattered around the third region. They are usually very close to Fast Travel points, so you can easily visit them later if you missed them the first time you were around. The puzzles on each device are harder than most of the ones found in previous regions, and they always bring three devices.
Some Auruma areas are completely inaccessible before you complete certain quests, and so are their Shrines. There’s only a few Shrines in those areas, though, so you won’t have to worry too much. Once you complete the ‘Exausted Research Team’ quest, you’re good to go.
Auruma Survey Base
Enter the tunnel north of the Auruma Survey Base and turn left. Keep following the path to find the Shrine’s main device.
Cliffside Store Ruins
West of the Dead-End Campsite. If you haven’t unlocked it yet, leave the Survey Base from the west entrance, then climb up the hills to reach a higher point. Now keep heading east to reach the ruins and the Shrine.
Large Cave
Jump down to the west of the Lode Fault teleport point in the Geni Settlement to reach the Large Cave area, where the Shrine resides.
Golden Lake
Take the Pergra Ost teleport and head to the Golden Lake. You’ll find the shrine at a small island to the south.
Large Commercial Building
Directly east of the Building itself. You can also teleport to the Building Area nearby to avoid climbing down the Building.
Eroded Canyon
Head to the Eroded Canyon teleport and turn to your left. Keep heading straigth to find a cave that also has the Shrine.
Ramus Route
Teleport either to the Building Area or to the Ramus Route Ratix, then climb up two sets of stairs to reach the Shrine’s floor. You’ll find it inside a small room.
Sandy Falls Hills
Take the Northern Area Entrance teleport and head north to the Tornus Inn Remains ruins. Fix the Zipline inside and use it to reach the Shrine.
Tornus District
Use the Tornus Road teleport, then head straight ahead to the stairs. You’ll see the Shrine right in front of them.
Aladissian Military Base
Right by the side of the Aladissian Military Base teleport, located south of the base.
Mana Transposing Ward
North of the main teleport in the zone. The Shrine itself is above a small house, but you can easily jump to it.
Residential Area Intersection
Cross the bridge next to the Residential Area Intersection teleport to find it between some crumbled walls.
Unpopulated Residential Area
From the same teleport as before, keep heading east and follow the road to Golden Plains – East. The Shrine is on your way, usually surrounded by some monsters.
Golden Plains – East
From the previous shrine, keep heading east and you’ll see it as you enter the Golden Plains themselves.
The path to the next two Shrines is only unlocked by progressing through the ‘Exausted Research Team’ quest.
Large Alber Settlement
Once you get access to the northern portion of Auruma, head north from the Narrow Rocky Path teleport and climb up the stairs.
Wygor Quarry
A bit further into the north portion, you’ll find the Wygor Quarry teleport. Keep heading straigth ahead and climb up the ruins to activate the Shrine at the top.
