Palworld is still in early access, but it already has a ton of content and a pretty substantial list of achievements for players to complete. It ranges from the typical progress achievements that you’ll earn by pursuing the game’s main plot to more specific achievements that will have you searching for particular pals or hunting down collectibles.
This guide will list all the achievements and suggest a strategy for unlocking every last one of them in Palworld. This will take quite a bit of time since the game world is massive and there are some very time-consuming objectives on this list, and it’s likely that even more will be added as development continues.

Story and Pal Catching
Starting, you’ll want to run through the basics, establishing a base, catching any Pals you can find, and challenging the Tower Bosses. Along the way, you can also knock out the Senior Adventurer achievement by taking advantage of Dungeons to level up and earn useful items, and get “Inhuman Act” by capturing one of the hostile humans you encounter across the game world. You’ll want to traverse each area during the day and also at night to uncover every possible Pal in each location, earning the Pal Catching achievements along the way.
One way you could make things easier on yourself, while also clearing another achievement (All for One), is by catching tons and tons of Vixy and using them to create a single, maximum-rank, Vixy. When at maximum rank, Vixy’s ability allows it to give you Pal Spheres of every tier up to Hyper when it is assigned to the Ranch.
Other Pals you should consider maxing out (since you’ll need to Max Rank 5 to get the “Voice of Resentment” Achievement) are Nitewing (for fast flying), Cattiva (for higher carry weight), Grintale (to Buff Neutral Damage while mounted, strengthening your guns), and Digtoise, though max-ranking any Pal you find yourself using regularly is also a safe choice.
Pal Labor Research Projects & Expeditions
Next on the agenda is cleaning up the Pal Labor Research Projects and Expeditions. To do this, you’ll need to be at least level 20 and unlock the Pal Labor Research Laboratory in the Technology Menu. Building it will cost you 10 Ingots and 10 Paldium Fragments. Once you’ve built one, you can use it to perform research that enhances each of the Pal Work Suitabilities, in exchange for resources.
Pals with the relevant Work Suitability will be needed to run the Laboratory when researching a Work Suitability’s associated projects, and completing these projects will provide permanent bonuses to your pals. You’ll need to complete 70 Projects to earn all three Pal Labor Research Achievements, so it’s best to start as early as possible.
You can unlock the Pal Expedition Station once you reach level 15, and you’ll need one to undertake Pal Expeditions. Once you build a Pal Expedition Station, you can send Pals from your Palbox out to gather items and explore, allowing them to gather tons of extra resources while you’re out and about. You unlock more Expedition Destinations by defeating the Tower Bosses (see the previous section) and once 20 Expeditions have been completed, you’ll have both achievements associated with this system.
Matching Pals to the type recommended for each Expedition Location will let you get more rewards and also decrease the time needed for an Expedition to finish, which will make the process of finishing 20 a lot quicker.
Tracking Down Legends and Collectibles
Once you’ve tracked down all the Tower Bosses and caught nearly all the Pals you can catch, it’s time to track down the rarest of Pals and clean up any collectibles you haven’t already found. Here are the important goals now that you’ve cleared all the story bosses:
- Capture Jetragon, Frostallion, Paladius, and Necromus.
- Collect 40 Notes
- Summon and defeat Bellanoir, Bellanoir Libero, Blazamut Ryu, and Xenolord. (The Raid Bosses)
- Seize the Oil Rig and fight the Attack Chopper
- Collect 300 Lifmunk Effigies
- Craft 10,000 Ingots, 2000 Spheres, and 20,000 Ammo.
- Catch 1000 Pals
So, now that we’ve got our objectives, let’s break down how to make them a bit easier. Collecting Lifmunk Effigies is a lot easier if you search for them at night, since they glow green and can be seen from far away, making it fairly easy to scale to a high point and look around for signs of them. The crafting objectives will be much easier once you have Pals in your base harvesting wood, stone, and iron, allowing you to concentrate on other stuff while your Pals amass the necessary resources.
It’s best to set up a separate base for summoning the Raid Bosses. If you stock that base with strong combat Pals and set up appropriate defenses, you can create a much more helpful arena for your boss fights.
Capturing Jetragon, Frostallion, Paladius, and Necromus will instead require you to travel to their habitats and take them on in some pretty brutal fights. Jetragon is found in the northwest section of the Volcanic Island, which can itself be found in the southwest of the map. Frostallion can be found to the east in the Land of Absolute Zero. Paladius makes its home northwest from the Deep Sand Dunes fast travel point, sharing its domain with Necromus.
Tracking down the Notes can be rather difficult since they’re widely spread throughout the game world, but you’ll usually find them near significant landmarks like churches or towers. As a general rule, you’ll find them wherever there’s a structure or natural landmark that stands out.
Raiding the Oil Rig is both profitable and necessary to complete two of the Achievements on our list. The Oil Rig is also where you’ll find the Attack Chopper, a deadly boss that is best handled using a multi-guided missile launcher while taking cover using shipping containers and other structures on the rig.
