Where To Find The Candy Cloud Machine
The Candy Cloud Machine is located on Cloud Island, but you won’t be able to reach it when you first arrive in the area. In order to unlock the machine, you will need to reach level two friendship with Lala and then complete the quest called Icy Recovery.
Icy Recovery unlocks at level one friendship with Lala after you’ve completed Stargazing, so it should unlock after giving her just a few gifts.
After you’ve completed these steps, you can begin Sweets in the Stars, which is required in order to reach the Candy Cloud Machine.
How To Complete Sweets In The Stars
Sweets in the Stars is a relatively simple quest. After speaking with Kiki and Lala, you’ll be tasked with finding three Starfruit for Kiki. You can run around the accessible islands and pluck these off of trees, as well as give him any Starfruit that you already have in your inventory.
Once you give him the fruit, Kiki will activate the little cart that travels between islands. After taking the ride to the new area, you’ll see the Candy Cloud Machine. Your goal here is to make any type of Candy Cloud; the exact ingredients don’t matter.
At this point, you can use the Candy Cloud Machine whenever you want, but there is still a bit more to the quest. You’ll need to make the following Candy Clouds and give them to the associated resident.

Every Candy Cloud Recipe
To make a Candy Cloud, you’ll need the basic Candy Cloud ingredient in addition to the respective ingredients. For example, to make a Fall Cloud, you’ll need one Candy Cloud and one Pumpkin.
Once you reach level five friendship with Kiki, you’ll be able to use two additional ingredients in the Candy Cloud Machine (along with a Candy Cloud). This expands the amount of Candy Clouds that you can make a little, so we recommend leveling up your friendship with Kiki.
