Getting a hit off any great pitcher in MLB The Show 25 can be tough, but submarine and sidearm pitchers crank that difficulty up a level. Rather than releasing the ball from a more natural position, submarine and sidearm pitching motions release significantly lower to the ground.
Some submarine pitchers will release the ball even below their elbow or waist level, and the lateral shift of releasing from the side can make pitches much harder to track. If you’re looking to build a bullpen of menaces to take online in Diamond Dynasty or want something unique for your Road to the Show player, submarine and sidearm pitchers are a must in MLB The Show 25.

If you want to use custom rosters, these pitchers could even be moved around to a single team you use in Franchise Mode.
