VALORANT Players Report Critical Reyna Bug After Patch 10.05

In the recent VALORANT patch 10.05, a significant bug concerning Reyna and her health has occurred. In this article, let’s look at this and what Riot Game has stated concerning this bug.

Multiple bugs and errors have been present in VALORANT in the past. These can be related to the game files or even the agents’ abilities within the game. For example, we have seen many bugs concerning agents’ skills, like Gekko and Harbor.

A few days ago, Patch 10.05 was launched within VALORANT, and before it, we saw the release of the new agent, Waylay. Recently, an X Post from T1 player Meteor highlighted the bug. In it, the player stated that he was overhealed at 150 HP, but died with just 101 damage. A video supported the argument.

In the video he posted, you can see that Reyna has healed up after getting a kill of 150 HP. A few seconds later, it is seen that Meteor is killed by a body shot using a Martial. A Marshal bodyshot should only do 101 HP, for those who don’t know.

Interestingly, in response to the post, Icy, a player for Evil Geniuses, posted a gameplay clip where you can see Reyna isn’t receiving her health back.

This indicates that the bug concerns Reyna’s Devior ability in VALORANT. While players can activate the ability after a kill, they don’t get their health or overheal.

In response to the post, Ashley Tsao, the Global Community Manager of VALORANT, also stated that she forwarded this issue to the developer team.

While there is no exact date for patching this bug, we suggest players refrain from using Reyna in competitive matches in VALORANT. We believe a rule concerning Reyna’s ban will soon be implemented within the regional VCT Leagues until this has been patched.
