Let’s go over how to get the Coda Motovore, explain how its gimmick works, and showcase a good starter build.
How To Get The Coda Motovore
The Coda Motovore can be obtained from Eleanor in Hollvania for ten Live Heartcells, a currency obtained from slain Technocyte Coda Liches. You’ll unlock access to this content upon completing ”

The Coda Motovore is a massive two-handed hammer that’s comprised of mutated motorcycle parts. It features solid critical and status values for its archetype, and it has a respectable base damage value of 250. That’s not including progenitor bonuses, either.
What makes this weapon stand out is its IPS gimmick. Modding this weapon for Impact, Puncture, or Slash offers unique bonuses to the Coda Motovore. Additionally, all IPS mods are five times stronger on this weapon. For example, Collision Force normally grants +120 percent Impact damage. On the Motovore, this is increased to a whopping +720 percent.
Modding your weapon for physical damage grants the following bonus. Only one bonus may be active at a time; the game picks whichever modded value is higher.
- Impact: +40% attack speed.
- Puncture: +1.5m range.
- Slash: +100% status chance (multiplicative).
All three of these stats are added to mod values. For example, if you’re using Quickening and modded your weapon for Impact damage, you’ll have +80 percent attack speed.
Coda Motorvore Builds
We’ll be focusing on one build today that acts as a foundation for all Motovore builds. You won’t need any Forma to replicate this, so you can give this weapon a try the second you purchase it from Eleanor and get it to Rank 30.

This build sets a solid foundation for the Coda Motovore, leaning into base damage, critical stats, and Impact. We start with Primed Pressure Point to greatly increase our base damage. For attack speed, we use Quickening and mod for impact, opting for Collision Force’s massive 720 percent damage bonus. This will proc the weapon’s intrinsic 40 percent bonus attack speed while modded for Impact.
For critical stats, we opt to use Galvanized Steel and Organ Shatter to aggressively scale our critical damage. You can raise your critical chance further with Blood Rush, allowing you to hit easy orange crits once your combo is ramped up. Use the
Naramon Focus school
to extend the duration of your combo. Finally, we run Volcanic Edge for some extra elemental damage, although feel free to use any element mod in its place.
