In the first region, Ligneus, you’ll notice seemingly unbreakable walls. In the second region, Sivash, it’ll be dozens of tantalizing items trapped inside webs. It’s a pattern, and Atelier Yumia pulls it off yet again in its third zone. There are certain things which can only be acquired if you know how to shatter their bonds.

The thing is, Sivash is really aggressive about this. Within a few hundred meters, these web-enclosed rewards will be within visual range. They’re scattered like candy across the map, and there’s even at least one Shrine of Prayer that cannot be completed without severing such strands.
How To Break The Webs In The Sivash Region
The solution in Ligneus, as you may well already know, is in the acquisition of a particular type of ammunition. The same holds true here: Burst Ammo. With Burst Ammo, the spiderwebs will be sundered, and whatever awaits you within can be yours for the plundering.
We’re not entirely sure why Yumia can’t simply reach her hands through the seemingly substantial holes in this web, but we digress. It is what it is! And to get this Burst Ammo, you’ll have to follow the same trajectory as you did for those Ligneus walls: Pioneering Efforts.
The ultimate prize for fulfilling a 100 percent Pioneering Efforts completion in Sivash is, indeed, the Burst Ammo. This means engaging with several of Atelier Yumia’s key systems, from establishing and decorating bases and campsites, to defeating specific enemies, and using certain combat techniques.
The descriptions of what you need to do are all right there in the Pioneering Efforts screen, though many objectives won’t populate on this list until you’ve turned in some data. It’s all very Ligneus-esque, as Pioneering Efforts are a staple in the game.
Do yourself a favor and try to remember (or jot down) the spots where particularly appealing things, like treasure chests, are stuck inside the webs. Unless you plan on performing a very thorough sweep of Sivash after you get your hands on Burst Ammo, it’ll be easy to forget a few things!
