One of the best features in the game is the ability to build an elevator that connects different floors within your structure. Follow these simple steps to build your own elevator in your buildings.
Before starting construction, make sure you have all the necessary materials. You can use basic blocks, various material types, and different floor designs depending on how high your elevator will go.
To find the necessary materials, open the material menu by selecting on the hammer icon in your tool bag. This will display an interface with different categories. The elevator materials can be found under ‘Doors and Windows’, where you’ll find:
- Elevator
- Elevator Door
- Elevator Small Door
- Elevator Small
How To Build An Elevator
Before placing the basic blocks for the structure, set up the floor where the first elevator level will be located to avoid repositioning later. Place the Elevator Door exactly where you want the elevator entrance to be.
Do not place the Elevato” or Elevator Small first. You need to create the destination floors before placing the elevator itself. If you do this in the wrong order, you won’t be able to reuse that floor later.
After setting up one elevator floor, continue adding as many elevator doors as needed, depending on the number of floors in your building.
Finally, place an Elevator or Elevator Small at the top. Once installed, the elevator will stop at each designed floor, allowing smooth movement throughout your structure.
