At the moment, we’re gearing up for the return of Season 3 and it’ll be a big one, as we’ve seen Fortnite OG XP doubled for the next few days! The game is closing out one Pass and moving into another, but with this extra XP you’ll have a much better start with the new pass. Hopefully it’ll help anyone who hasn’t quite polished the old one off to finish up soon too.
Battle Pass have gotten pretty expansive in recent seasons, with there now being separate passes for a ton of game modes. Fortnite Crew includes all of them, but if you only want to pay once, then you’ll have to be quick! Fortnite OG XP doubling over the coming period will help if you’ve got more progression you need to make. And it’ll give an extra incentive to jump into Fortnite Season 3 once it releases in OG.

Fortnite OG XP Doubled Ahead of New Season
Fortnite OG XP works in a similar way to XP in Battle Royale. There are dailies, where you can do 3 for a bonus reward. Weekly quests to chip away at as the weeks wind on, bigger goals. And some extra quests from time to time, if there’s any event or something big taking place.
The Fortnite OG XP was at a normal level for most of the last season. It hasn’t had any big exploits available, like the AK Lego Fortnite experience. However, it definitely helps get more XP when you’re a little tired of Battle Royale. With the new update, the XP yield will get quite a better! Players will be getting double XP for their playtime in Royale.
Although, it isn’t going to affect the XP from any quests. So, if you’re burning through built up weeklies, you’ll still receive the same amount of XP. Since you get more just for playing though, you’ll end up with extra XP doing dailies in OG than in the normal game mode.
