The Trial of Style is a week-long event held in March and August that pits up to six World of Warcraft players in a transmogrification competition. Upon entering the Trial of Style, players are taken to a closed-off portion of the Magister’s Terrace and are given a randomized category to match. Players are given two minutes to adjust their armor, weapon, and character appearances, followed by several voting rounds to pick the top three. Players are awarded Trial of Style Tokens for participating, with extra tokens given to the top three. Categories that cater to classes like Paladins and Death Knights are occasionally chosen.
