The promo card in the Lillie Premium Tournament Collection is Lillie’s Clefairy ex. This card is both full art and foil, and it is guaranteed to be included in the product.
Its attack, Full Moon Rondo, may not seem as powerful as most ex Pokemon at first, but with the right timing, it can be very effective. This attack deals 20 damage plus 20 more for each Pokemon on both your and your opponent’s Bench. If your Bench is full, it deals 120 damage, which isn’t impressive compared to other ex Pokemon.
However, if your opponent’s Bench is also full, the attack reaches 220 damage. While not overwhelming, it can be useful with the right synergy. Its Ability changes your opponent’s Dragon-type Pokemon’s Weakness to Psychic, but this effect is situational, as it only works if your opponent has Dragon Pokemon in play.
Three Foil Cards: Lillie’s Pearl
In addition to Clefairy ex, this product also includes three foil Pokemon Tool cards. One of them is Lillie’s Pearl, which has a very effective effect. If you attach this item to a Pokemon card with “Lillie” in its name and your opponent knocks it out with an attack, your opponent will draw one less Prize card.
For example, if your Clefairy ex is knocked out by your opponent, they will only draw one Prize card, which can help extend the game in your favor.
The Booster Packs
This product contains a total of six booster packs. These are regular booster packs, each containing ten cards and one Basic Energy card. The booster packs are not from random sets, and from the Scarlet & Violet series, the following booster packs are included in the product:

Additionally, each booster pack contains one Pokemon TCG Live code card. There’s also an extra code card in this product. However, please note that these code cards are not for the exact copy of your pack, and they do not work in Pokemon TCG Pocket.
The Accessories
This product includes a total of 65 card sleeves, featuring an illustration with Lillie in the forefront, along with Clefairy and Comfey. Additionally, there is a sturdy deck box, which has the same illustration, and it can hold approximately 50 to 60 sleeved cards.
Another accessory is a green metallic large coin featuring Lillie’s face. There is also a photo sticker featuring Lillie and Clefairy. Two coin condition tokens are included, reflecting the poisoned and burned conditions. Lastly, there are six yellow damage dice to help track damage.
Is It Worth Buying?
If your goal is just the booster packs, and you’re buying the product at its original retail price of 40 dollars, mathematically, you’re paying five dollars per booster pack. However, Lillie’s Clefairy ex is a valuable card, and if you find this product at a cheap price, you might want to grab it.
However, since stock sells out quickly once the product is released, it may be hard to find it on Pokemon Center’s website.
In terms of booster packs, Scarlet & Violet series booster packs can be found at a lower price, and if you can find a booster box at a good price, that will be more cost-effective for you. However, if you like the accessories in this product, or if you don’t already have items like sleeves, the variety of accessories may make this product a good choice.
Additionally, if you love Lillie and Clefairy, this could be a purchase that appeals to you. Since sleeved booster packs are generally more expensive than regular ones, this might be a more affordable option for you.
