The last task in the fight questlines, which has taken Henry to fight all the best fighters in a few different towns, comes down to this: the Nail in the Coffin quest. In this quest, you will need to find and challenge the grandmaster himself in a duel to settle who is the best fighter of all time.
How To Start The Nail In The Coffin Quest
After completing the Teeth in the Bag quest and speaking to Innkeeper Mole, the Nail in the Coffin quest will automatically start.
Mole will tell you that if you’re interested in being the best fighter out there, you should seek the Kuttenberg grandmaster, and that will be your first objective in the quest.
Challenge The Kuttenberg Grandmaster
The Kuttenberg Grandmaster can be found to the northwest of the city, near the church. Make your way there, and you’ll find the Gravedigger, Frantishek, who will be working at the cemetery.
This is the grandmaster, so you need to interact with him. During the conversation, you’ll need to challenge him to a fight. However, if it’s daytime, he will refuse and will only accept the challenge at night.
What you need to do is wait until after 21:00, then speak to him and ask for the challenge.
The fight will take place in the cemetery, but there are some rules that Frantishek will state, one being that ‘you must be a man’ and not cowardly, meaning you need to stay inside the cemetery. If you leave, it will count as a loss.
While Frantishek is the grandmaster, he isn’t the toughest out there, but be aware that he’s good at countering punches from right and left. Your best bet is to focus more on kicks and counter-attacks.
Additionally, feel free to attack him until you knock him out, as he won’t surrender.
How To Complete The Nail In The Coffin Quest
Once you complete the fight against Frantishek, wait for him to get back on his feet, then speak to him.
He will offer to help by teaching you something for winning, and this will complete the Nail in the Coffin quest.
