To start Thou Art But Dust… you can talk to Brother Morticius, a blind caretaker of the Sedletz ossuary, who can be found at the Sedletz Monastery. In the end, there will be a twist surrounding the blind caretaker that might shock you. Here, we will provide you with a complete walkthrough of this mission.
How To Start Thou Art But Dust…
To start this quest, you will need to go to the Sedletz Monastery, which is located east of Old Kutna and talk to Brother Morticius. He will ask you to collect some bones and clean up the chapel.
How To Collect The Bones And Build Pyramids
Go inside the chapel, and there will be a lot of bones scattered around the place. Interact with them all, and you will get the prompt to either clean or collect. After collecting them and cleaning the place, go over the shelves and collect bones from there, too.
When you are done collecting all the bones from the chapel, interact with the trap door in the middle. After interacting with it, you will fall inside. Now, you’ll need to find a way out and find some bones on the way, too. Enter the room east to the east to collect two piles of bones. Just ahead to the south is another room; enter it and collect two more piles.
You will notice another door ahead of you; it leads outside. However, before going out, make sure to collect some bones from the room on your left. After that, return to the chapel and build three pyramids.
You will have more bones than required (if you picked all), but they will automatically disappear from your inventory after building the pyramids.
When you are done, try to find Brother Morticius. He won’t be where you’d expect, so instead, speak with the gravedigger. He will reveal some interesting information, and the quest will end.
