With a wedding taking the scene for the latest event in Cookie Run: Kingdom, two new cookies are being offered by the game to all the players through new event-specific gacha platforms. Players can spend Crystals to draw cookies with a chance to receive the Wedding Cake Cookie, one of the latest additions to the game.

This is a great chance for every player who has accumulated a large amount of crystals to spend them on something worthy. But the real challenge begins after unlocking the Wedding Cake Cookie, where the player needs to play with different topping builds to eventually find the best combination.

These sneaky characters excel at ambushing in Cookie Run: Kingdom.

However, with the amount of grind needed to earn top-rarity toppings and then upgrading them to the highest level, it will be a time-consuming process to find a suitable build for the cookie, especially for players who are low on resources or are still new to the game.

Wedding Cake Cookie Skill Cookie Run Kingdom

As a mid-lane cookie, Wedding Cake uses magic to deal damage to opponents while also healing teammates. Her main ability is to extend a Wedding Aisle that periodically heals the allies while dealing damage to enemies that touch it in the meantime. Moreover, the cookie also releases a set of Fireworks that deal more damage to the enemies and stun the summoned creatures.

The presence of Wedding Cake on the team applies a buff to the team’s overall ATK and CRIT DMG. The former increases by 5% while the latter gains a 10% boost, both for 10 seconds. These boosts cannot be stacked though.

Leveling up the special skills for the Wedding Cake Cookie will increase the Wedding Aisle and Firework damage output. Unfortunately, there is no bond available for the Wedding Cake Cookie yet, which prevents it from gaining benefits from yet another source.

Wedding Cake Cookie Topping Build Cookie Run Kingdom

Regarding the fact that Wedding Cake is not a frontline cookie, she surely does not need so much concentration on the defensive stats, but instead, the players can focus on increasing her ATK or other stats like CRIT chance or ATK SPD. Different combinations of these toppings can be applied, but our top suggestion is to put an emphasis on a mixture of Searing Raspberry and Juicy Apple Jelly toppings, boosting ATK and CRIT.

With Epic picks for all the slots, a combination of 2 Searing Raspberries and 3 Juicy Apple Jelly will increase the cookie’s CRIT change by 27%, in case all the toppings have been upgraded to the max level. Since this cookie already has a 5% CRIT chance by default, the overall number will ramp up to 32%, which means almost one attack out of each three will deal critical damage.

The ATK will also get a 21% buff, which quietly buffs the cookie’s healing as well because the healing works on a percentage of the cookie’s ATK ability.

Now, if the healing and ATK are more important to you than CRIT chance, you can go for more Searing Raspberry toppings. Five of these toppings will guarantee a 45% increase in ATK. Since healing to allies is 122% of ATK, this will be a bigger boost to Wedding Cake’s healing ability.

The good thing about the Wedding Cake Cookie is that players can also opt for a full-stack Searing Raspberry topping build to get the maximum healing from the cookie, then place her in the rear line instead of the mid-line as the primary healer character in the party. While not suggested, this just shows the incredible flexibility of the Wedding Cake Cookie in the game, which allows her to take different roles in the team.

With all of the difficult enemies and modes players will have to push through in Cookie Run Kingdom, Healer Cookies are almost a necessity.

Wedding Cake Cookie Topping Build 2 Cookie Run Kingdom

There is also a secondary topping build for the Wedding Cake cookie that can give her a nice boost between the time intervals to deal damage. If the players go for Bouncy Caramel topping for all the available slots, they can help the Wedding Aisle by dealing damage more frequently to the enemies.

By default, the aisle deals damage every 0.5 seconds, but if the player equips 5 fully upgraded Bouncy Caramel toppings with an Epic rarity, the Wedding Cake Cookie will receive a 20.5% increase in attack speed, which means her Wedding Aisle will start to deal damage every 0.39 seconds. In 10 seconds, which is the max duration of the Wedding Aisle, this will result in 5 additional hits to the enemies, which are well worth the upgrade.

The good news is that the upgraded toppings also deliver some random bonus stats as well, so the Wedding Cake cookie will indeed have the chance to receive some ATK buffs as well, increasing the quality of each attack.

Wedding Cake Cookie Biscuit Build - Cookie Run Kingdom

Unlike toppings, there is not much variety in biscuit options. Players can use different rarities of Zesty Biscuit on Wedding Cake Cookie, which adds up to her ATK and HP by default, along with a bunch of random bonus stats based on the rarity of the biscuit.

That being said, applying even a common biscuit can still help to maximize the ATK and healing boost of the Wedding Cake Cookie, especially by upgrading the biscuit to higher levels, which simply adds up to its base stats.

Players who already own a higher rarity of Zesty Biscuit will benefit from enough ATK boost that they can probably remove one of the Searing Raspberry toppings and replace it with something different, like an extra Apple Juicy Jelly or even a Bouncy Caramel topping.

Wedding Cake Cookie Build - Cookie Run Kingdom

Black Forest Cookie is the most essential teammate for the Wedding Cake Cookie, which allows both of these cookies to unlock special buffs when fighting within a party. This benefits Wedding Cake Cookie with the Star of the Hour buff, delivering a 10% reduction in cooldown and over 350% damage buff to the Summoned Creatures via the Wedding Aisle.

On Black Forest Cookie’s side, the Star of the Hour buff will lead to a Star of the Wedding buff that gives 20% ATK SPD and 10% CRIT DMG to this cookie while she is in her transformed state, which scales up her model and makes her a sturdy opponent for the enemies.

Aside from Black Forest Cookie on the frontline, Wedding Cake Cookie can also benefit from a ranged damage dealer behind her back at the final line. There are multiple options for this, but the Wind Archer Cookie is one of the best candidates that can send powerful arrows forward and deal damage to a lot of enemies. Using the Frost Queen alongside the Wedding Cake Cookie is also suggested, as the former can freeze enemies and give more time to other party members to deal devastating damage to the enemies.

Those who are focusing on builds that increase the damage output of the Wedding Cake Cookie rather than its defensive statistics can hugely benefit from a healing unit placed on the rear lane. Pure Vanilla Cookie is one of the best rear lane healers that grants long-lasting shields to all the cookies on the team, and it can help a lot with the survivability of the Wedding Cake in case the melee cookie on the frontline is lost.
