In a surprising yet welcome announcement, Mira “Ephey” Riad has joined the ranks of Team Spirit’s talents as an ambassador. The Jordanian Dota 2 celebrity is renowned as an analyst/caster in major Dota 2 tournaments.
During her leisure time, you may even find Ephey on Dota 2 Twitch streams grinding Dota 2 MMR, where she’s pretty good at it.

Ephey as Dota 2 Team Spirit’s ambassador
Team Spirit‘s decision to recruit Ephey as an ambassador came as a surprise for fans of Team Spirit and Ephey alike. Of course, having Ephey as the official ambassador of your team brand is great since the Dota 2 community loves her and her antics. Ephey’s Autograph and Voice Lines from the International’s Talent Bundles raked in the highest amount of sales from Dota 2 players annually, so that’s a testament of how much the Dota 2 community adore this talent.
However, it’s uncommon for Esports organizations to recruit a caster as their company’s ambassador, instead of simply an official streamer. Chances are, Team Spirit’s branding will also be on Ephey’s Dota 2 Twitch streams moving forward, but we will have to wait to see what else does the Team Spirit and Ephey collab has in store in terms of future content.

Who is Dota 2 Ephey?
While Ephey may not be a professional Dota 2 player, she’s more than capable of stomping Dota 2 pubs during her streams. Ephey’s Dota 2 MMR reached a peak of 9000 MMR back in July 2024, which is high-Immortal rank. According to Ephey’s DotaBUFF profile, she plays support as her primary Dota 2 role.
Ephey has arguably one of the largest Dota 2 fanbase, and are always curious about Ephey’s age or even who is Ephey’s boyfriend. The later question has garnered the response that Max “qojqva” Bröcker might be Ephey’s boyfriend since “qojqva ephey” is trending on Dota 2 Reddit, and the streamer said as much during a viral clip.
