7 Lingering Questions We Have After The End Of Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2
Henry’s life is far from over.
But thanks to the first update to Warhorse Studios’ sequel, you have even more choice, this time about how to style Henry. On top of the bevy of clothing options that our hero has access to, you can now visit a barber’s tent in locations like Zhelejov and Kuttenberg. So, make sure to unequip your cap and get a good look at all the trims available.

Brawler
Brave Choice
When choosing a hairstyle for Henry with the barber, there technically isn’t a wrong choice, but if there had to be, it would be the Brawler. Of course, with there being so many choices for different haircuts for Henry, some might not be completely accurate to the era, but the Brawler feels so egregiously modern that it really sticks out.
The curly fringe not only doesn’t suit Henry that well, but it also makes him look less like a peasant-turned-page in 1403 Bohemia, and more like a random 2020’s teenage boy. Maybe with the right in-game styling you could make it work, but the best option for this hairstyle is a hat to cover it up.
15
Lord Zagloba
Trying To Get Off His Head
Out of all the hairstyles available for Henry in the Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2, none look like they’re literally trying to escape Henry’s character model as much as the Lord Zagloba.
Quite a few of the cuts Henry can choose from look like something akin to a bowl cut (we can only assume the technique existed in medieval Bohemia), but the Lord Zagloba is one of the more offensive. If not for how it looks, it also just doesn’t feel like a choice Henry would make.
14
Ordinary Bloke
NPC-Core
Part of the selling point of the original Kingdom Come: Deliverance is that Henry of Skalitz is far from a typical hero of the era, and is instead just a normal peasant who starts off as a humble blacksmith.
If Henry somehow went down an alternate path and stayed living a normal life, he would likely end up choosing the Ordinary Bloke hairstyle. Less of a style, more something ripped straight from most of the male NPCs in-game, it’s the perfect choice if you want Henry to fade into the scenery.
13
Knight Errant
Specific Style
While it isn’t seen on too many other characters throughout Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2, the Knight Errant style feels like a perfect trim to represent the medieval period. Even though the shaved sides and mullet style are more associated with today’s most talented baristas, it feels most at home in this era.
In spite of the incredibly specific style feeling like a great choice to fit the game’s setting, it doesn’t suit Henry’s personality that well. But if this is a style you always mourn when it’s missing in a character creator, at least Henry can try it out here.
12
Young Noble
What’s Your Name B.O.B.?
Even though there are some notable exceptions, most of the haircuts Henry can choose maintain his relatively short default hairstyle. However, clearly, the barbers of Bohemia have access to some pretty effective hair growth tonics, as seen with the Young Noble hairstyle.

Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 – 8 Hardest Bosses
You’ll have a tough time with these bosses in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2.
Does Henry having a perfectly swish-able shoulder-length bob suit his personality? Maybe in his more sassy moments, but otherwise not really. Because of this, while not the most fitting, it’s definitely one of the more (perhaps unintentionally) funny options for Henry.
11
Tight Trim
Keeping It Simple
What makes the story of Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 so entertaining to follow is that you get the joy of following Henry in particular. Unlike character-creator protagonists, Henry isn’t a blank slate to project yourself onto, and instead he has a strong personality you can see in all of his dialogue.
With all of Henry’s personality, it would be a shame to sedate it with the Tight Trim hairstyle option. It’s pretty similar to a lot of the other short hairstyles, but seems to stand out as the one that lacks much of any personality.
10
Luscious Locks
Inoffensive Option
Similarly to the other middling haircut options, the Luscious Locks hairstyle doesn’t really stick out too much, feeling more like a standard default inclusion. While it’s a fine choice if you want Henry with slightly longer hair, it also feels like it doesn’t live up to the image its name suggests.
When you hear ‘Luscious Locks’, you would ideally want Henry’s hair to be at least halfway down his back, so to see this name tagged onto a style that barely tickles his neck is a palpable disappointment.
9
English Knight
Friar Henry
While some of the hairstyle options at the barbers feel like minor tweaks to Henry’s default style, one of the choices that obviously stands out is the English Knight. Plenty of the options have Henry with shaved sides, but none are as aggressive as those on the English Knight.
The edges of Henry’s hair that would usually be resting calmly on his scalp are instead jutting up wildly at an angle, and while it objectively doesn’t look ‘good’, it does somehow suit Henry’s more manic moments.
8
Eastern Influence
Practical King
With how much there is to maintain at once in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2, it’s no wonder Henry would probably prioritize practicality above all else. Because of this, a style like Eastern Influence would probably suit him best.
With shaved sides, and his grown-out hair tied in what can only be described as a humble rat-tail in the back, while it might not be the most flattering for Henry, it at least keeps his hair out of his eyes in the heat of battle.
7
Dandy
Lookin’ Slick
With a hairstyle named Dandy, did we hope that it could be a reference to the iconic Space Dandy and be a giant (if not historically inaccurate) pompadour for Henry to rock? Yes. But even if it disappoints in that regard, the Dandy is still one of the better hairstyles Henry has access to.
With his hair slicked all the way back, it’s one of Henry’s most stylish options, and thanks to its simplicity, it also compliments a lot of Henry’s headwear as well.
6
Father Figure
Radzig Reference
Throughout the length of the first Kingdom Come: Deliverance, you’ll spend a lot of your time with Henry getting to know the character of Radzig, to the point that he becomes a father figure to our recently orphaned protagonist.

Make sure Henry is fully protected with these armor pieces.
Unfortunately for Radzig fans, he isn’t nearly as present in the sequel, and apart from a few cameos, he’s mostly out of the picture. But if you’re looking to rep the house of Kobyla, then Henry can follow in his footsteps with the Father Figure haircut.
5
Minstrel
Professor Sycamore?
Definitely one of the more effortlessly stylish options for Henry’s hair, the Minstrel option is a perfect choice for matching some of Henry’s more unconventional charisma outfits.
This haircut is a mainstay favourite for character designers when they want a male character to look cool but laid back, and while that isn’t a perfect description of Henry, it can be seen in some of his more nonchalant dialogue options. So, while Henry isn’t a bard, he could easily pull off the Minstrel style.
4
Unkempt Elegance
On The Fringe
For one of the more understated hair options, Unkempt Elegance feels like one of the more realistic options for Henry. Given how long the events of Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 take, Henry’s hair could feasibly grow to this length, and if he was looking to be a little more stylish for the streets of Kuttenberg, then this feels like a trim Henry would choose.
While the placement of the fringe gives the slight illusion of a receding hairline, it doesn’t distract too much from what is otherwise a solid customization option.
3
Skalitz Style
Hometown Throwback
While it’s easy to gloss over the fond memories of how the first Kingdom Come: Deliverance looked, it’s a pretty harsh comparison when placed side-by-side with the stunning landscapes and improved character models of the sequel.
Nowhere is this more obvious than looking back at the original Henry. While he looks a little more rough around the edges compared to his updated look, there’s a good chance that you might miss his old haircut. So, if you want to recreate it, you can with Skalitz Style.
2
Polish Undercut
Adder’s Spirit
There are plenty of lovable side characters in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2, and one that sticks out in spite of not having much actual screen time is Adder. The Polish vagrant lightens up most scenes he is part of, and is a definite favourite within the Dry Devil’s gang.
The Polish Undercut is likely named in tribute to this character, but given the coiffed front, it also looks quite similar to Hans Capon’s style too. So, if you’re looking to imitate one of these two, then the Polish Undercut is the best compromise.
1
Henry’s Classic Cut
We Appreciate The Other Options… Promise
Even though it’s completely fair if you prefer Henry’s old default style, it’s hard to deny that his new hairstyle in the sequel suits him well. While you can appreciate all the options Warhorse Studios provided with barbers, the team clearly knew what it was doing when choosing the style Henry has by default.
He’s still perfectly recognizable from the first game, but looks just a little more refined, likely thanks to his time spent with noblemen like Hans. Visiting the barber is a fun way to see how you can switch up Henry’s style, but he clearly knows what suits him best.
