Razer’s new Nvidia RTX gaming laptops reportedly have very tempting prices

It’s good news for gamers, as a leaked spec sheet for the latest Razer Blade 16 gaming laptops with the newest Nvidia GeForce gaming GPUs suggests much cheaper entry-level pricing than its last-gen lineup. According to the leak, Razer’s latest Blade premium laptops will reportedly start at just $1,999.99 for an RTX 5060 model, with RTX 5090 models costing several thousands more.

Razer first teased a look at its next-gen premium laptop, likely to be among the best gaming laptops that you can buy once launched, at CES 2025. This new leak suggests that variants for each of the Nvidia RTX 50-series, excluding the rumored entry-level RTX 5050, will be available for gamers to purchase.

Regular tech leaker momomo_us shared the spec sheet in a post on X (formerly Twitter). The leak suggests that this new lineup, using product code RZ09-0528, will share the same display tech, using a 16-inch OLED panel with a 240Hz refresh rate and 2,560 x 1,600 resolution.

Two variations of AMD gaming CPUs will reportedly be offered here, with the 10-core AMD Ryzen AI 9 365 used from the entry-level RTX 5060 model up to the RTX 5080. Meanwhile, the leak claims that the RTX 5090 model will ship with an AMD Ryzen AI 9 HX 370, offering 12 cores that can boost up to 5.1GHz. 1TB to 4TB storage capacity options are also listed in the leaked spec sheet, along with RAM options that vary from 16GB of soldered LPDDR5X in the RTX 5060 model, up to 64GB in the most expensive RTX 5090 variant.

According to the leaked spec sheet, the lineup will start with the RTX 5060 model costing $1,999.99, rising to $2,399.99 for the RTX 5070 machine. The RTX 5070 Ti edition will reportedly cost $2,599.99, with two RTX 5080 editions costing $2,999.99 (for 32GB RAM and 1TB of storage) and $3,299.99 (for 2TB of storage and 64GB RAM). Comparatively, the Razer Blade 16 2024 model didn’t even have an RTX 4060 option, while the 2023 RTX 4060 model cost $2,499.99.

At the top end, the leaked pricing suggests that the cheapest RTX 5090 variant will cost $3,799.99, offering 2TB of storage and 32GB RAM. An obvious misprint suggests that the most expensive RTX 5090 model will cost only $1,499.99, but given the price increments shown so far, this is more likely to mean $4,199.99 (or higher). That model will, according to the leak, come with 64GB of RAM and a 4TB SSD.

Razer hasn’t publicly confirmed any of this data, but with a recent RTX 5060 laptop rumor pointing to a May release across other manufacturers, we’d hope to see this new Razer Blade 2025 lineup launch over the coming months.
