The second collaboration between Overwatch 2 and LE SSERAFIM is underway, which is proof that a certain theme for the Battle Pass could be a hit.
However, players can earn even more Overwatch 2 cosmetics right now without even logging into the game. To celebrate the LE SSERAFIM collaboration and the mid-Season 15 update, Overwatch 2 is offering five free Loot Boxes as Twitch Drops. By watching 10 hours of any Overwatch 2 Twitch streamers before March 31, fans can add these Loot Boxes to their inventories, with one earned for every two hours spent on qualifying channels.
How to Get Overwatch 2 Mid-Season 15 Twitch Drops
- Connect one’s Battle.net and Twitch accounts
-
Watch any Overwatch 2 streamers on Twitch from now through March 30, 11:58 AM PST, for 10 hours to earn five Loot Boxes
- One Loot Box is awarded for every two hours spent watching these streams
- Once complete, claim rewards from the Twitch Drops inventory
- Claimed Loot Boxes will automatically appear in Overwatch 2, where they can be opened as usual from the Loot Box inventory
These Twitch Drops are separate from the 10 Loot Boxes players can earn each week in Season 15 as a part of the ongoing Perked Up event, as well as the three Loot Boxes offered as evergreen weekly rewards in Overwatch 2. All together, these Twitch Drops will quickly add up with the other Loot Boxes, allowing fans to get a guaranteed Legendary cosmetic after opening 20 of them.
Unlike previous seasonal Overwatch 2 Twitch Drops, this campaign does not include a new or returning shop skin – though players are likely to open at least one skin in their five Loot Boxes, if not multiple. That said, fans can also earn the brand-new Frozen Seer Lifeweaver Legendary skin via a simple Discord Quest from now through April 24, so players should be sure not to miss out on even more free cosmetics while they are available.
