How to Beat The Event Level
If you are new to Tower Defense games, it’s recommended to play with friends or experienced players. While the challenge is not extremely difficult, playing in a group makes it easier and reduces the chance of losing. However, if you have prior experience with Tower Defense mechanics, you should be able to complete the event solo without much difficulty.
How To Win On Your First Attempt
To complete the challenge efficiently, you need to understand the three different attack types of towers.
- Line Towers: These towers attack in a straight line, meaning that if multiple enemies are in range, they will hit them all at once.
- Splash Towers: These towers deal area-of-effect damage in a specific targeted zone. Their attack range and blast radius are visible when placed.
- Full Towers: These towers deal continuous damage to all enemies within their entire attack range, making them excellent for crowd control
Tower Placement Strategy
Line Towers should be placed at path intersections or turns, where they can hit multiple enemies at once instead of just one.
Placing one tower at the front of an intersection and another at the side allows you to control the attack order. One can target the first enemy, while the other focuses on the last enemy in the wave.
Full Towers should be positioned where they can cover the largest section of the enemy path. The more enemies they hit at once, the higher their total damage output. Splash Towers should be placed strategically, as they are the highest DPS (damage per second) towers and are most effective against bosses.
You must survive a total of 15 waves, facing various enemies and three bosses. As long as you position your towers correctly, you won’t have trouble clearing the event.
Best Towers To Use At The Event
The first recommended tower to place is Band Geek Sandy. Position her at the end of the road, facing the direction from which enemies spawn. Since Sandy is a Line Tower, she will provide strong early-game control, making it easier to manage enemy waves. Once Band Geek Sandy is upgraded twice, you can start diversifying your setup with additional towers.
Another high-priority tower is Mr. Krabs, as he has the strongest target attack among the available options. His high damage output becomes crucial when stronger enemies and bosses start appearing in later waves.
Final Tips For Winning
- Upgrade your towers frequently. You can upgrade them by clicking directly on a placed tower and selecting Upgrade, spending in-game currency. Alternatively, you can use the tower management interface to upgrade units faster without selecting each one manually.
- Don’t rely on a single type of tower. A good balance of Line, Splash, and Full Towers is key to clearing the waves efficiently.
- Prioritize stronger enemies with high health by using Splash Towers, as they deal the most damage to bosses, so upgrade them as soon as possible.
