FC Mobile 25 CODE: NEON Event Flow

Intro

As has been the case this season, the first tab, the Intro Tab, in this case, acts as a guide to the other chapters and the overall event. It’s not functional and redirects to other tabs, including the CODE: NEON Quests, Challenge Mode, Exchanges, and Store Offers.

Therefore, the Intro tab is the place to easily navigate to different game modes where you can earn Rewards related to the event. Besides, this Intro Tab showcases three Missions that you can complete throughout the event and earn Rewards. The Rewards include Coins, Neon Shards, and two Universal Rank Player – Mascheranos with the CODE: NEON Stadium available as a Mission Completion Reward!

Main

In the Main Tab, where you will log in each day and play through a series of two Skill Games and one PvE AI-based Matches to earn Neon Tokens every day in the Daily Training section. Earn Neon Tokens by completing matches or skill games. There’s a CODE: NEON Pack as well that offers you additional Neon Tokens after completing the Daily Training Skill Games and Matches.

There is a reward milestone situated just beside where you can earn Rewards including Coins, Neon Shards, and Universal Rank Player – Mascherano on collecting Neon Tokens. Earn Neon Tokens from the left to claim rewards. Additionally, there’s a CODE: NEON Kit that you can unlock after completing the Daily Training Skill Games and Matches a total of fifteen times.

Next, similar to the Winter Wonders event, you can check the Weekly Path of Skill Games and Matches which is just on the right-hand side of the Daily Training section. The Weekly Path is a pretty long path that allows you to play through a series of Skill Games and Matches rewarding you with additional Neon Tokens, Gems, Neon Shards, and Universal Rank Player – Mascherano.

You can work your way through the path by starting to play the Matches and Skill Games and earning Neon Tokens. Complete Skill Games and Matches to earn additional CODE: NEON Tokens. Do note the Daily Training section refreshes daily while the four Paths unlock weekly throughout the four-week event.

Rewards

Next over here in the final tab Gallery Tab, whereas in past events, all the event-exclusive players are being displayed. But this time, there’s a twist, similar to the TOTY (Team of the Year) event these players are not only available in Packs where you can avail them provided your luck is great but also can get them in exchange for a new currency, Neon Shards.

There are three sets of players ranging between 105-107 OVR and all of them are untradeable with new players arriving every week. Provided on the amount of Shards you accumulate over the event, you can get them. Exchange extra CODE: NEON Players for Neon Shards.

New Players will be available weekly in the Gallery tab of the CODE: NEON event! Head over to the Gallery to find all Player Items that were added that week. Additionally, there is a Daily Bonus pack that offers Coins, Gems, or 70-97 OVR Players. Don’t expect anything more than some elites at max from this week.

Similar to the TOTY (Team of the Year) event, there is an Exchange Store as well on the further right-hand side where you can exchange your CODE: NEON event Players should you manage to pull any. Therefore, TOTY Shards can be earned through player exchange and used to exchange for specific players. In return, you can exchange CODE: NEON event Players for Neon Shards.

The exchanges are very interesting and involve trading in CODE: NEON event Players solely for Neon Shards. So from the below image, if you exchange a 105 CODE: NEON event Player tradeable or untradeable that you don’t find suitable for your squad, you will get 120 Neon Shards back which you can later utilize to get a player suitable for your team.

Do note that you can perform the above exchanges, you can get CODE: NEON event players either from the Market or by buying the Gem Pack offers from the Store for 2500-3000 Gems. But do remember whichever player you are targeting from the event will be untradeable and you can’t sell it in the market for a profit.

Challenge Mode

Well since this is not a mini-event, there will be a Challenge Mode as well! The Challenge Mode is exactly like the previous event ie a rehash of previous events. The only difference is you will be getting a chance at players from higher OVR but you still won’t be getting any CODE: NEON-specific currencies.

There will be both Daily and Weekend-special Challenge modes that hand out Players, Gems, and Coins. Since there are no H2H or Division Rivals matches involved, therefore it should be fairly easy to win. Don’t forget to check out the Weekend Challenge where you can earn up to 100-107 OVR Players!

Star Pass

Of course, the Star Pass is running simultaneously with the event. There are in-game resources present in the Star Pass. Complete Quests throughout the event to earn Star Pass progress, which includes rewards such as Coins, Gems, Training Transfer PointsFC Points, and other Cosmetic items including Emotes and Kits.

Additionally, there are event-specific currencies present in the Star Pass as well! Yes, you can obtain Neon Shards from the Star Pass this time, that too both from the free and premium sides. Of course, buying the Premium Star Pass gives you an incentive to get a significantly higher amount of Neon Shards at your disposal.

Don’t forget to check out the newest CODE: NEON-themed Star Pass that is available at launch, including a 108 OVR pre-ranked CB Abdukodir Khusanov. So don’t forget your daily quests to progress through the Star Pass! Earning Star Pass Credits will unlock more rewards along the Star Pass path. There are two tiers to the Star Pass: free and premium. You can also use FC Points to move faster through Star Pass levels and collect rewards faster.

  • Spend them in the Rewards tab to unlock Rewards and Evolve the Player of your choice

Running the Math for F2P Players

As per our calculations, the following sums up the chances for F2P Players.

Resource Management

Neon Tokens
Daily Training 3500
Weekly Path 6250
Watch Ads 2100
Neon Quest 1000
Total 18100

Since the Challenge Mode does not give out Neon Tokens, therefore further tokens can’t be obtained from there But if you have extra TOTY Icon Tokens from the past you can trade them at an Exchange Rate of 2x TOTY Icon Tokens for 1x Neon Token with a total of 300 times ie 600 TOTY Icon Tokens for 300 Neon Tokens. If we keep that aside, then from simply playing the event, one can easily accumulate a total of:

You can get at least a minimum of 14960 Neon Tokens from playing the event

Also, you can earn additional Neon Tokens by exchanging Universal Tokens at an Exchange Rate of 5x Universal Tokens for 1x Neon Token with a total of 400 times ie 2000 Universal Tokens for 400 Neon Tokens Daily. Therefore if you stress on earning Universal Tokens from Daily Chronicles and by grinding the VSA, H2H, and Manager mode matches, you can gain an advantage in acquiring Vote Tickets daily.

FC Mobile 25 CODE: NEON Event Tips and Tricks

CODE: NEON has a fair amount of grind, with daily skill games and matches to play in FC Mobile 25. So here are our additional tips and tricks to help you get the best from the event. It took us a while to get these answers and calculate everything so let’s explain it here.

Now tips for the event. Play everything. Be excited that there’s no event energy or stamina involved anymore in the new season. We’re not dealing with the constant fear of energy getting wasted and full and neither has there been a single ad since the game was released. So yes, definitely enjoy it while you can.

Firstly, you won’t get any of the CODE: NEON Players from the Gallery Tab using your Neon Tokens, to get players, you will need Neon Shards.

CODE: NEON Player Reward Neon Shards Required
103 OVR Untradeable CODE: NEON Player 100-200
104 OVR Untradeable CODE: NEON Player 200-500
105 OVR Untradeable CODE: NEON Icon or Player 300-800
106 OVR Untradeable CODE: NEON Icon or Player 500-1000
107 OVR Untradeable CODE: NEON Icon or Player 750-1500

From the above, we can understand that should you go for any of the higher-rated CODE: NEON Players, you will fall short of the required Neon Shards, given you can’t actually earn them from playing the event. Now to get the Shards, you will need to perform the Shard Exchanges ie trading in CODE: NEON Players for Neon Shards. The Tokens vary based on the CODE: NEON player OVR you exchange for.

CODE: NEON Player OVR Neon Shards Obtained
107 OVR CODE: NEON Player 250
106 OVR CODE: NEON Player 180
105 OVR CODE: NEON Player 120
104 OVR CODE: NEON Player 60
103 OVR CODE: NEON Player 30
100-102 OVR CODE: NEON Player 10
98-99 OVR CODE: NEON Player 5

Now we can see in the above table, you get 120 Neon Shards back for trading in a 105 OVR CODE: NEON Player, however, the same 105 OVR CODE: NEON Player when on claiming requires a whopping 300-800 Neon Shards.

Although it sounds baffling why someone will do the exchange in the first place, should you get any low OVR CODE: NEON Players from the Gem Packs, Star Pass, or the Nominee chapters, know that you can’t utilize them anywhere so exchanging them for Shards is the logical way.

Neon Shards Obtained (without Exchanges)
Road to Icon Milestone Rewards 150
Nominee B Reward Path 60
UTOTY Challenge 2 Rewards 50
UTOTY Rewards 200
Free Star Pass 100
Paid Star Pass 300
Total 560-860

From the Calculations above you can see that should you play the event throughout, you are gonna easily end with at least 560 Neon Shards without performing any of the Shard Exchanges. Do remember that this time the Star Pass is offering Neon Shards as well both on the Free and Paid sides.

This should increase the count of Neon Shards obtained from the event and if you decide to further invest in the Star Pass, you do get a nice incentive of extra Neon Shards as well. Now, unfortunately, you are going for the 105-107 OVR CODE: NEON Players, you will need a lot more Neon Shards than that.

To negate the difference, you can buy CODE: NEON Players from the market as well and utilize them in Shard Exchanges. However, should you decide to spend Gems, two popular Packs offer a 101-107 OVR untradeable CODE: NEON Player for 3000 Gems or a 99-107 OVR untradeable CODE: NEON Player for 2500 Gems.

You can get your choice of 105-107 OVR CODE: NEON Players from the event provided you have adequate Gems

Given a decent 105 OVR CODE: NEON Player requires 500 Neon Shards minimum, you will need around 60000 Gems which is 20x of the 101-107 OVR Gem Packs with the worst possible luck. Similarly, for a 106 or 107 OVR Player, the amount of Gems required increases exponentially. The players look really solid and are end-game, therefore make your decision wisely with the Gems you have in store.

Reward Chapters

Last but not least, don’t sleep on the CODE: NEON chapter. The rewards especially the resources you earn from the Reward Chapters add up to a decent amount of Gems, Coins, Training Transfer Tokens, Universal Rank Player – Mascherano, and CODE: NEON Players provided the route you decide to proceed with. Remember to utilize your Neon Tokens well!

Maximize your Mascherano from the event

There’s one thing the Winter Wonders event has brought in FC Mobile ie the Mascheranos and there are plenty of them on the offer. There are two Mascheranos available in the Winter Wonders Pack Milestone in the Main chapter once you earn 2000 Winter Wonders Tokens. There are free Mascheranos given out, one each after completing the Winter Wonders Quests and from the Winter Wonders Calendar reward of 24th December.

The Rewards do not end here, with the Road to Icon chapter giving a free Mascherano every week from the Road to Icon Rewards making it 4x in total. Furthermore, if you add all three Nominee Chapters, you will end up with an additional 12x Mascheranos taking all the Milestone Rewards into account. There is a free Mascherano given out after completing the TOTY Quests as well.

You can grab a further 8x more Mascheranos each week throughout the event from the Weekend Challenge and two Lunar New Year Challenges. Additionally, you can earn 2x more Mascheranos every week from the Exchanges and a few more from the Daily Login Rewards. And if you add them all up, you can get at least 80-85 Mascheranos from just grinding the six-week-long event! This is incredible!

FC Mobile 25 CODE: NEON Event Players

That’s it the CODE: NEON Event in a nutshell. Beyond that, there isn’t a whole lot to say about this event. All the calculations are at your doorstep there, do with it what you will and plan carefully. Just play the event, every day, daily grind it out.

The events are getting better and CODE: NEON retains elements from TOTY. It’s comparatively a light event of four weeks, giving us time to calm and settle down this month of March after a long and grindy TOTY event.

Finally, we receive an event where there’s a lot to do daily and you can proceed with the goal of getting a player, without solely doesn’t depend on pack luck. Yes, you can obtain a player that you desire for your squad even if it’s untradeable.

There’s a lot to do, a lot of packs to open up, and a lot of Skill Games and Matches to grind, plus we are now getting event currencies in the Star Pass as well! Finally, we can see some moves in the right direction. If you had liked TOTY, you would love CODE: NEON! Before the event ends, it is likely your entire team will be filled with Team of the Year players. Be pumped! FC Mobile is finally getting better, even if it’s slightly!
