Not only does this Insect Glaive have the highest damage of 775, but it also deals 250 Blast damage to the foe it is attacking.

Although there are better status ailments around in Monster Hunter Wilds, Blast is another great option for players, especially as doing enough Blast damage to a monster will cause an explosion to an unbroken part of a monster, making it also a great choice for those looking to weaken a foe.

Leumundsgift

During this moment, the monster is open to all sorts of attacks, which allows the player to combine getting this effect on monsters while also performing some harder attack combos of the Insect Glaive.
