If you loved Fantasian Neo Dimension, there are a lot more JRPG adventures where that came from.
Fantasian Neo Dimension has quickly become known for uniquely challenging boss battles, doubly so in the latter half of the game. So, let’s explore those bosses and determine which ones will give you the most run for your money.
This list won’t feature bosses from the Void Realm, which lets you fight elite versions of previously fought bosses.
7
Guardian
Weather Master Of Shangri-La
So, not only do we have to contend with a horned minotaur the size of a skyscraper, but it can also control the weather. It’s an intimidating picture, and the start of the fight serves more as a test of endurance before the actual battle; you’ll have to weather several one-hit kills to your party members.
We’re talking about hitting your characters for tens of thousands of damage while you only have a few thousand HP at best. Luckily, after a few rounds of this, the Guardian reveals his weakness and is pretty straightforward from here. Concise, but still heavy-hitting. Remain on your guard.
6
Yim
The Shadow Hidden In Crystal
How far would you go to save the memory of someone you love? Someone who, for the love of her friends, lost all of herself except for the remaining magical shell. You honor them by removing those who dare to imitate them and cause havoc in their image.
The shadow of her former self, Yim, can be tricky to face. She summons minions to build her power, and her spell-casting is chaotic at best, with no weaknesses to boot; you’ll need to prepare for all manner of damage before attempting this side quest.
5
Cinderella Tri-Stars
Teasing And Testing You, Over And Over Again
Often compared to Pokemon’s own Team Rocket, this trio demands the attention of Leo and the party no less than eight times in the game. It wouldn’t be an issue, as most of their encounters are over within a few turns because their bark is much bigger than their bite. At least, at first.
Each encounter builds upon the last, and when you finally face them for the last time in Shangri-La, they bring all of their mechanics from previous fights. They can easily wipe your party with several multi-attacks and status effects if you don’t quickly counter it with healing. After all, it’s the gang’s last hurrah; they will give you all they have before saying goodbye.
4
Infernal Mechteria Blob
When Mech And Negative Emotions Collide
Listen, whenever you see a monster’s color change from blue to purple, you know you’ve stepped into a real mess of a fight. The Infernal Mechteria Blob builds off the previous blob your party faced off against in East Vence by introducing some new attacks that are devastating if you’re unprepared.
Not only do you have to worry about this beast casting petrify with its shiny, new Miasmic Breath attack, but it also comes equipped with a potential one-hit killer skill named Ground Shatter. Having enough HP can help, but you’re better off being prepared and having your defenses braced for impact.
3
Titanic Serpent
Lightning Strikes The Sands More Than Once
Quite possibly the rudest boss in the game, the Titanic Serpent isn’t waiting for you to come and beat it up for its tooth as the prize. Instead, it’s coasting along under the sand in the Urza, minding its business and avoiding you. You might get lucky and run into it immediately or not. It’s really up to the whims of the Serpent.

Once you locate the sandy serpentine, he’s quickly prepared to make the whole party into his lightning rods, so you’ll need to get prepared. Mitigate the lightning damage and keep his friends subjugated; you might have a chance of making it through.
2
Eternal Holy
Revenge For The Adventurous Treasure Hunter
When you come across an ominous treasure chest in a JRPG like Fantasian, nine times out of ten, you know there’s a boss fight on the other end. There are two reactions to this: you’ll either avoid the chest altogether, marking it too significant a risk, or get that gleam in your eye and decide to try your luck anyway.
If you tried your luck in part one, in the Maxi Toy Box, you already understand the deal here. This false angel isn’t going to take the intrusion lying down, though, and it’s going to take the combined strength of your entire party to take it down for good. You have kept your entire party equally leveled up until now, right?
1
Jas The Absolute
The Battle Against Absolute Order
Another so-called God, another attempt to bring existence to absolute Zero; what else is new? Though his motivations aren’t original, it doesn’t make the fight any less dire for you and your world. Jas, perhaps out of pure hubris, doesn’t show his true power until you’ve beaten him twice over, and that’s where a lot of players say the fight truly begins.
Here, he shows his absolute zero form: a grotesque mass of matter that houses a personal black hole within his chest. Not very orderly from the God of order. With his powers, he can summon orbs to the field, remove party members, and even engage in an instant game over skill if his patience runs out. Your offense and defense character builds will be put to the ultimate test.
