NetEase Games has announced that new skins for Iron Man and Spider-Man will be coming to Marvel Rivals on March 20 at 7 PM PDT. Season 1: Eternal Night Falls is coming to a close and, according to leakers, fans may be able to play Season 2 of Marvel Rivals as soon as April 11.
The Spider-Punk 2099 skin for Spider-Man in Marvel Rivals was previously available during the hero shooter’s beta period, though it was free for everyone at that point in time. Since the end of the beta, fans have been clamoring to see the skin officially reappear within the title’s shop. Iron Man’s Steam Power skin has a similar history, as it was also available for the duration of the game’s beta test and then went away for an extended period of time. Many fans seem to be excited about the return of these cosmetics, though some people had hoped they might show up in a future battle pass.
