- Open the Start menu and search for services app. Open the app and scroll all the way below to VGC. Once found, double-click on the service. Within the new tab, make sure the startup type is automatic. Click on the Apply option to save the settings.
- Click on vgc again and make sure the service status is shown as started. If it’s on the stopped status, players can click on the start option. Click on OK to head out of that window.
- After heading out, click on the start button again. Search cmd and click on the command prompt option and run it as an administrator. Inside the command prompt window, type “netsh winsock rest” and click enter.
- Again, type “ipconfig /flushdns” and click enter. Following that close Command Prompt.
- Click again on the start menu. Search for the settings option again. Once opened scroll below to Windows update. Click on the restart now option.
- After installing all updates, players must go to the settings options from the start option. Click on the network and internet options. Scroll all the way down and click on Advanced Network settings. Scroll to the network reset option. Click on reset now and restart your PC.
- Following this, right click on the VALORANT app and click on the properties option. Now, navigate your way to the compatibility tab. Click on the disable fullscreen optimization. After this, run the program as administrator
- Click on apply and then on the okay button to save these changes.
