Originally released in December 2020, Cyberpunk 2077 has seen frequent Steam sales since its debut. Even so, its lowest-ever price remained at $29.99—or 50% off—for a long time. Since first reaching that price point in late 2021, the dystopian open-world RPG has been offered at half off on Steam more than three dozen times.

Cyberpunk 2077‘s critically acclaimed Phantom Liberty expansion also saw its price slashed as part of the ongoing sale. The DLC starring Idris Elba is thus currently available at $22.49, or 25% off. This figure marks another lowest-ever price, beating the expansion’s prior historical low by $1.50. Finally, the Ultimate Edition of Cyberpunk 2077 is presently available at 48% off, bringing its price down to $42.76. This particular product, which bundles the base game with its sole expansion, never dropped below $46.90 prior to the newly launched spring sale. Steam users who don’t yet own the base game but would eventually like to play both the vanilla campaign and the Phantom Liberty expansion will save the most money by opting for the Ultimate Edition, which is currently $3.72 cheaper than buying Cyberpunk 2077 and its DLC separately.

Since these three deals are tied to the Steam Spring Sale 2025, they’ll remain live until the event itself concludes next Thursday, March 20. Based on CD Projekt Red’s track record, Cyberpunk 2077 and its Phantom Liberty expansion will likely go on sale again soon. However, the chances of their prices dropping even lower in the immediate future are slim.
Moving forward, Steam has many more sales and promotions planned for the rest of 2025. Its next event is scheduled for March 24, when the week-long City Builder and Colony Sim Fest is set to kick off.
