Demon Slayer is one of the biggest and most popular anime series in the world. Ever since the anime’s first season hit the streaming platforms, its fame has continued to rise. The anime has bolstered the manga’s sales as well. In fact, it has become one of the few titles to have sold more than 100 million copies.

On Crunchyroll, Demon Slayer has firmly held the second position with over 500,000 ratings. However, it has finally been usurped by Solo Leveling. Much like Demon Slayer, Solo Leveling has been propelled to the heights of fame in just a few years. The first season of the anime laid a strong foundation, and the subsequent installment built on it.

Currently, the One Piece anime holds first place on Crunchyroll with over 593,000 ratings. However, Solo Leveling is not far behind. The manhwa adaptation is just 7,000 ratings behind, and chances are the gap will be reduced further before the anime’s second season finishes airing. The remainder of the episodes cover the Jeju Island arc, for which fans had been waiting for weeks.

There is also the possibility of One Piece increasing the lead further when it returns in April 2025. The anime has been on hiatus for months because Toei Animation wanted to maintain the quality. One Piece’s return will be watched across various streaming platforms, including Crunchyroll. Considering One Piece’s fanbase, it looks certain to keep its place and increase the gap between first and second.

Solo Leveling Fans Are Waiting For A Big Announcement

Solo Leveling Season 2 has been listed with 13 episodes, and there are just a couple more left before it finally ends. It has already been confirmed that the season finale will not be an hour-long and will just be a regular episode.
