When is the Reignbreaker release date?
Reignbreaker will officially be released on the PC on March 18th. As mentioned above, this game is coming to the PC and there is yet to be any word from the developers on whether the game will be released to consoles at a later date.
Indie games are still as popular as ever and it’s great to see this game get the love it deserves. The game apparently takes inspiration from Hades, one of the more popular games around. While the game does have its comparisons, there are enough differences to draw those fans onto a new game if they are up for the challenge.

What platforms can I play Reignbreaker on
As mentioned above, the game is only getting a release on the PC, with no word of a console version in sight. If you wish to play the game earlier than the official Reignbreaker release date, there is a demo version available on the Steam store for players to try. Demos used to be one of the greatest parts of the lead-up to a game’s release. Opening up a game case to find a code for a demo of another title was a great feeling. It used to feel like an exclusive club that really got you excited and almost guaranteed you would be spending your money on the game.
Having a demo is also a great way for developers to communicate with the fans, getting their ideas on what they think works and what doesn’t work.
What can you expect from Reignbreaker?
As mentioned above, this game does take a lot of inspiration from Hades, one of the most popular Steam Deck games, and best rogue-like action role-playing game in existence. So while it has a lot to live up to, being a close second wouldn’t necessarily be a bad thing for Reignbreaker. The game has enough differences to the point where it’s not essentially a watered-down version of Hades. We can only wait and see what happens after the official Reignbreaker release date.
As for the reviews, fans are loving the game so far, with a 92% positive rating on Steam thus far.
