Some NPCs in Monster Hunter Wilds are item traders, which do exactly what it sounds like but can be a great source of some of the rarer items in the game. As you progress through the main story, you’ll unlock new regions and new villages, leading to new items traders that usually give out better things than those in the early regions.
One of the last areas in the game that you’ll unlock is Suja, Peaks Of Accord, and it is the home of one of the best item traders in the game, Sekka. Here’s where to find Sekka and how why she’s so important to find and trade with.

Where To Find Sekka In Monster Hunter Wilds
Sekka is found in the final area you unlock during the main story, Suja. After reaching Suja during the main story, you’ll be able to find and trade with Sekka right away. She can usually be found around your camp and the blacksmith, and unlike a lot of other NPCs in the game, she can be found walking around at night.
That being said, she’s not out every night, so occasionally you may need to rest and change the time of day.
If not near your tent, she can be found walking along the western path back down the mountain. Being an item trader, Sekka also has an Item Trader icon over her that can be found and marked on the map with a waypoint.

Why Isn’t Sekka Trading Gold Melding Tickets In Monster Hunter Wilds
The most important thing Sekka can trade for is Gold Melding Tickets. These offer 1,200 Melding points that can be turned into decorations at the Melding Pot also found in Suja. It has the single highest point value of anything in the game, and can easily be turned into dozens of lower-tier decorations or even multiple high-tier decorations. Sekka requires Nightflower Pollen in order to trade for the Gold Melding Ticket.
While this is the most important thing Sekka trades for, she won’t always have it available and there’s no way to guarantee she will have some available for trade, as it’s all up to chance. If she’s not actively trading for a Gold Melding Ticket, all you can do is play the game and return later on, or use Guild Points to rest and change the day many times in hopes her options will refresh and she’ll have some Gold Melding Tickets available.
