Zoro’s next fight has already been set up. His next opponent could be a powerful Holy Knight.
Even when it comes to the Straw Hat Pirates, there are 10 of them now, so handling them all in one arc can be a challenge. For Elbaf, fans are hoping Usopp and Nami get the deserved attention.
Usopp and Nami’s Roles So Far In Elbaf
These Two Haven’t Achieved Much So Far
Usopp and Nami are beloved characters from the One Piece series, and important members of the Straw Hat Pirates. However, in the crew, it’s more than arguable that these two are the weakest, with Nami possibly having a bit of an edge by virtue of having Zeus in her possession. Usopp, overall, is definitely the weakest as of now, but this could change, depending on how the story unfolds in Elbaf.
Right now in the One Piece manga, the Elbaf arc is underway. This arc has proven to be very exciting so far, with insane lore drops and character reveals.
Now, many fans think Elbaf should deliver the time to shine for Usopp and Nami. Usopp has a connection to Elbaf and has wanted to visit for quite some time now. This is especially true since it connects to him wanting to become a brave warrior. It would definitely be shocking if he doesn’t get a moment in this arc.
Nami, on the other hand, although not bearing the same connection to Elbaf that Usopp does, would still need some time to shine during this arc. Nami is, as stated by Oda, the only Straw Hat Pirate with Scandinavian background, as confirmed when mentioned that in the real world, she would be from Sweden. Elbaf is obviously based on Norse mythology, so the correlation is there. Nami was also the first Straw Hat to be seen when the Elbaf arc started, so fans are definitely hoping for something to come out of her character in this arc.
Right now, One Piece has presented the weaker Straw Hats with a unique opportunity. As the Monster Trio is currently in the Underworld, the Holy Knights are using their incredible strategy to kidnap the children of Elbaf, and this is where Nami and Usopp will get time to shine. Nami absolutely adores children and doesn’t ever want to see them harmed, while Usopp is one character who is always fearful and must face his fears, just as the children are. The setup is absolutely perfect for these two to swoop in and save the day, preventing the children from being kidnapped and saving the country from this disaster.
