This article contains MAJOR SPOILERS for Star Wars Outlaws
The Star Wars universe is an absolutely massive one that spans multiple time periods and countless planets. But there are always connections that tie even the most disparate stories together. Rather infamously, just about every character on-screen in the Star Wars Skywalker Saga has a name and backstory, and in a surprising number of cases, that backstory is fleshed out in a novel or comic. These characters are the thread that binds each Star Wars project together, and Star Wars Outlaws had plenty of this connective tissue.
Set between The Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi, Star Wars Outlaws was always going to be in a prime spot for cameos, with the original trilogy being packed with both popular and niche named characters. Pre-release trailers for Star Wars Outlaws teased an appearance from Jabba the Hutt and the Carbonite-encased Han Solo, but that was just scratching the surface of Star Wars Outlaws‘ cameos.

Every Movie and TV Character Cameo in Star Wars Outlaws
Qi’ra
First seen in Solo: A Star Wars Story, Qi’ra was originally played by Game of Thrones‘ Emilia Clarke. Growing up alongside Han Solo on Corellia, Qi’ra was sold into a life of slavery, but through perseverance and a fair bit of tenacity, Qi’ra managed to become the leader of the Crimson Dawn syndicate, which was once run by Darth Maul. Star Wars Outlaws‘ player-character Kay Vess comes into contact with Qi’ra a few times on her journey to rise through the ranks of the criminal underworld.
Jabba the Hutt and Han Solo
Arguably the most iconic criminal underworld figure in Star Wars, Jabba the Hutt makes a few appearances in Star Wars Outlaws as the head of the Hutt Cartel faction. Kay Vess even finds herself in the gangster’s palace at one point, where she can find Han Solo frozen in Carbonite, hung on the wall next to Jabba’s throne as a macabre reminder of the Hutt’s vengeance. Jabba’s Twi’lek right-hand man, Bib Fortuna, can also be encountered during this sequence.
Lando Calrissian
The most charismatic smuggler-turned-administrator-turned-rebel hero the galaxy has ever seen, Lando Calrissian plays quite a prominent role in Star Wars Outlaws, being one of the game’s ‘Experts’ who grant Kay Vess special abilities. Lando also plays a central role in Star Wars Outlaws‘ first DLC, ‘Wild Card,’ where he gambles alongside Kay Vess in a high-stakes Sabacc tournament.
Darth Vader
Much like Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order and Survivor, Star Wars Outlaws features a few show-stopping cameos from the Dark Lord of the Sith himself, Darth Vader. It’s eventually revealed that the Zerek Besh leader, Sliro, is actually an Imperial Security Bureau director who’s conducting a covert operation to find Rebels hiding within the galaxy’s criminal underworld. Vader shows up to intimidate the undercover ISB director, and eventually ousts him from his role at the head of the Zerek Besh.
Hondo Ohnaka
A fan-favorite character from both the animated Clone Wars and Rebels shows, Hondo Ohnaka is a Weequay pirate who’s come into contact with the likes of Count Dooku, Obi-Wan Kenobi, Anakin Skywalker, and Ezra Bridger on his travels. Hondo will appear in Star Wars Outlaws‘ upcoming ‘Pirate’s Fortune’ DLC, which is set to release in Spring 2025.
Temmin “Snap” Wexley
A much more subtle cameo, Temmin Wexley appears as one of Star Wars Outlaws‘ Experts. Appearing as a scavenger in Outlaws, fans better know Temmin Wexley as a Resistance pilot during the Star Wars sequel trilogy, where he’s played by J.J. Abrams’ childhood friend Greg Grunberg.
Teeka
An even more niche cameo, the Expert Jawa, Teeka, was first seen in the Obi-Wan Kenobi Disney+ miniseries, being the vendor who sells Obi-Wan the T-16 Skyhopper toy that he then gives to a young Luke Skywalker.
