Legends: Z-A is heading into the city of Lumiose, and there could not be a better setting for a Pokemon game.

There was uproar when Black & White introduced a completely new dex, but ever since then, a mix of old and new has become the norm, and a trend we expect to see with Pokemon Legends: Z-A. Intrigued by which monsters would make the cut in the series’ second Legends spinoff and return to the Kalos region, we scoured every frame of every trailer to see all the confirmed Pokemon for Pokemon Legends: Z-A.

We’ve taken a few liberties with this list. Most importantly, if we’ve seen a Pokemon, then we’re assuming that the rest of its evolution line will appear in the game. If Umbreon doesn’t appear in Legends: Z-A, I’ll eat my Hatterene.

We’d also expect to see some new forms of Pokemon or Mega-evolutions in the game – Meganium, Emboar, and Feraligatr are prime candidates for that. But we’ll keep this guide updated whenever any new information drops, so check back to see whether your favourite partner made the cut.
