If you love bikes more than you’ll ever love cars, then Ride 4 will be your new favorite racing game. Some fans of the game even joke that after some hours spent on Ride 4, they feel ready to ride an actual motorcycle. You can’t blame them when the game gives them a feel of what it means to speed the streets in a stylish 2005 Honda CBR 600RR.
Ride 4 also has an extensive list of motorcycle choices, so you’ll never run out of bikes to collect and choose from.

Turn 10 Studios
Spoilers: we’ll have Forza Horizon games further up on this list. How could we not? But if you’re less interested in that style of racing game, and you’re in it more for tight circuit tracks with a classic vibe, Forza Motorsport might be more your personal jam.
A soft reboot which ditches the numerical designations, Forza Motorsport brings Turn 10 Studios’ strong gameplay mechanics to bear upon Series X and S. There’s a bit of a car scarcity issue relative to Horizon, but that’s hardly a dealbreaker. It also packs in some RPG-light mechanics that we think are pretty neat.

Disney Speedstorm
Disney Speedstorm has great tracks. They’re gorgeous, and compared to the previous entry, this game has lore incorporated into its racetracks. For example, Disney Speedstorm will have you race at Pirate Bay, which is a clear reference to the Pirates of the Caribbean.

Need For Speed Unbound

Need for Speed Unbound is the first next-gen-specific game in the long-running racing game series, launched in 2022. Developed by Criterion Games, it puts players in the midst of the Lakshore street racing scene.
Need For Speed Unbound sticks to being a classic racing game while adding a motion comic-style flare to its visuals. Nothing beats the cop chases that occur mid-game, which you might have a love-hate relationship with. You can say that the occasional cop chases are just an occupational hazard for a street racer.
The animation of the game is also remarkable, if not memorable. The exhaust fumes look like sketchy chalk, and the characters look straight out of comic books if they dressed as Instagram influencers. It’s definitely a unique look, regardless of how you feel about it. The game is fun either way.

Assetto Corsa Competizione
Don’t be intimidated by its serious name. Assetto Corsa Competizione was once invaded by a Kirby mod, so that pretty much tells how unserious this game could be. But Kirby mods aside, this game also features differing environments and day modes, which you’ll want to adapt your driving to.
You can drive in the rain during the nighttime, affecting your vision and the road’s skid resistance. This game isn’t just about taking you 100mph in your gaming chair, it requires focus since it wouldn’t be hard to crash your car into a wall with all the different modes and environments to contend with.
