Almost everything in Roblox‘s Fisch has to be earned or purchased, including totems, currency fishing rod skins, and baits. However, a recent mini-update introduced a new mechanic that lets players snag free rewards while fishing for ocean creatures.

Now, you can reel in eggs just like fish or bait crates. While these eggs have a simple shape, their design and color patterns match the creatures they come from, like the Kraken, Megalodon, and more. Here’s how to get eggs in Fisch and what rewards you can earn from them.

How to Get Eggs In Fisch

To get eggs in Fisch, you need to cast your line during the right hunts or migrations and catch the creature. For example, if you’re after a Kraken Egg, you’ll need to fish during the Kraken Hunt event and reel out the Kraken. The only exception is the Faberge Egg, which can only be bought with Robux. That said, not all creatures give an egg; you’ll need to wait for specific fish hunts to collect more or visit the Egg Merchant to buy some.

Right now, there are only five types of eggs available in Fisch, but more might be added later. Since they aren’t separate items, they won’t have an exclamation mark or a specific favorite bait. You can reel them in alongside the fish by using the bait their respective creatures prefer. For example, Orcas go for Shark Head bait, so equipping them with your rod might help you snag both an Orca and an Orca Egg. With only a five percent chance of catching an egg, you’ll need patience, the right rod, and a lot of luck.
