New Genshin Impact Event Allows Players to Create Ads
Genshin Impact reveals details about an interesting new in-game event for update 5.4 that will allow players to create their own ad footage.
Genshin Impact has released its latest edition of Developers Discussion, revealing numerous exciting changes, including new cross-scene quest tracking, boss guides, artifact system adjustments, and more. Whenever a Developers Discussion is published, players are eager to see if there are any updates to the game’s artifact system, as farming artifacts is one of the most tedious activities for many. This is due to Genshin Impact‘s multi-layered RNG system, which makes obtaining the perfect artifact piece almost impossible. HoYoverse has confirmed that in the next update, artifacts enhanced using the Sanctifying Elixir will be marked with a special symbol. Additionally, maxing out these artifacts will guarantee that the designated Minor Affixes are enhanced at least twice.
Genshin Impact Version 5.5 QoL Changes Revealed
While many players still want further improvements to the artifact system, they have praised HoYoverse for introducing the Sanctifying Elixir, which has become one of the most popular items in the game. In the upcoming Genshin Impact Version 5.5, quest tracking will now include cross-scene tracking, making it easier for players to locate quest destinations. When Travelers track a quest from a different scene, the corresponding map will open automatically, allowing them to teleport directly to the location.
This won’t be the only improvement to in-game maps. Genshin Impact will also introduce new icons indicating the exact entrances to certain boss arenas. Currently, Genshin Impact‘s map only displays the boss’s location, but many of these enemies are underground, making them difficult to find, especially for newer players. Version 5.5 will also add Android support for various PlayStation and Xbox controllers, but players must ensure that their device’s operating system is updated to the required version.
As always, these are likely not the only changes in the next update. For more details, Travelers should tune in to the upcoming Special Program live stream event. According to HoYoverse’s latest announcement, the Genshin Impact 5.5 Special Program will be held on March 14.
