7 Lingering Questions We Have After The End Of Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2

Henry’s life is far from over.

Throughout the 50-100 hour adventure you’ll meet new characters, and learn more about them as they develop throughout the story. If you’ve been playing the game for a while, and you’ve wondered which character you most personally align with, then looking at typical starsign traits might be the answer.

12

Aries – Hans Capon

March 21 – April 19

Hans Capon covered in blood in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2.

While Henry is the main character throughout most of the story, the standout star of the narrative has to be Hans Capon. Even if he’s not present in every quest, he’s an important part of the story and eats up every scene he is present in.

Even though it’s not a trait that’s come naturally to him, Hans has proven time and time again to be a strong leader, and over the course of the game’s story, he learns to see the positive side of his hardships, and comes out of them the other side a better man. Because of this, it’s easy to see that Hans most closely aligns with Aries.

11

Taurus – Samuel

April 20 – May 20

Samuel pouting in Kingdom Come Deliverance 2.

Samuel isn’t introduced until quite late in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2’s story, and when he is, you might just assume that he’s a one-off character who you’ll likely never see again after the quest finishes. However, that couldn’t be further from the truth, and Samuel ends up being an important side character in the game’s final act.

In spite of the strong emotional bonds that Samuel forms throughout the narrative, he usually presents himself as a stoic character who holds his cards close to his chest. However, Samuel is an incredibly strong-willed person, and this is seen in his conviction during the last few missions of the game, making him a Taurus.

10

Gemini – Kubyenka

May 21 – June 20

As you make your way into the Kuttenberg region for the second half of Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2’s story, one of the first important characters you’ll meet is Kubyenka. While his forgetful personality likely annoys you as much as it does Henry, with time he becomes a charming character who you’ll be happy to see every time he shows up.

In spite of being one of the older cast members, Kubyenka is undeniably quite immature. However, with this immaturity comes an admirable level of adaptability. Even when he’s not got a speaking line, you’ll see Kubyenka getting on with what he needs to do persistently. This, alongside his ability to light up a room (if he’s in the mood), makes him a Gemini.

9

Cancer – Henry

June 21 – July 22

Henry tied to a post in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2.

Our hero, Henry, fills the role of the protagonist well, and part of the reason why he’s so enjoyable to follow is because he isn’t a blank slate. So many video game protagonists are designed to be easy for the player to project themselves on, but even if you can make some choices for Henry, he still has the same strong personality.

Throughout the whole narrative, Henry is regularly displaying his bravery, but he doesn’t suppress his feelings to do this. We repeatedly see him dwell on his fears and insecurities, and there are some pivotal moments in the story where he just gets overwhelmed by it all. Because of how in touch Henry is with his feelings, while still managing to push through them, he’s a clear Cancer.

8

Leo – Adder

July 23 – August 22

Reuniting the Dry Devil’s gang is part of what makes exploring Kuttenberg at the halfway point of Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2’s story so inviting, and getting to know the different members of this group is plenty of fun too.

These achievements are the most difficult you’ll encounter in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2.

One of the most attention-grabbing members of this gang is Adder, and even though there is a language barrier between him and most of the cast, it just makes interactions with him all the more entertaining. Because of how easily Adder becomes the center of attention, even in scenes that don’t really concern him, as well as his formidable power, he’s an obvious Leo.

7

Virgo – Katherine

August 23 – September 22

Katherine looking up in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2.

Even though we meet Katherine within the first hour of Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2’s main story, the process of learning about her personality, history and true intentions is spread over the rest of the game.

In spite of a few prickly first encounters with Henry, the bond that forms between these characters is engaging, and can be molded by your choices depending on your dialogue options. With how expertly Katherine manages to stay calm in even the most chaotic circumstances, and her methodical approach to her work makes assigning her Virgo a clear choice.

6

Libra – Jan Zizka

September 23 – October 22

Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 in-game cutscene featuring Zizka covered in blood.

Throughout the first half of the narrative, we are slowly introduced to Jan Zizka, and he is presented as an antagonist, but once some allegiances switch around, it’s revealed that he and Henry are, essentially, on the same side.

At this point, you’ll be able to work alongside the charismatic leader and get to know how he operates. Even though Zizka doesn’t always work with the most standard methods of achieving his goals, he always sticks to his strong sense of judgement, and often finds himself having to mediate between the more fiery members of his team. Because of this, he feels closest to a Libra.

5

Scorpio – Klara

October 23 – November 21

Klara during an in-game cutscene.

Even though Klara doesn’t have too many appearances throughout the story of Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2, when we do get the opportunity to spend time with her, we get a strong sense of her personality, and how she interacts with different people.

Because of her work as a healer, we see just how perceptive Klara can be. On top of this, even though it’s hidden under a facade, she’s clearly an incredibly intense and passionate person, at least when it comes to her work. Thanks to these traits, she most closely fits with a Scorpio.

4

Sagittarius – Godwin

November 22 – December 21

Godwin wearing a red hat and smiling in Kingdom Come Deliverance 2.

While you’ll spend most of Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 controlling Henry, there are some short more linear levels where we are instead given control of the older, but just as interesting Father Godwin.

In spite of his priesthood, Godwin doesn’t align with the typical traits you’d associate with this profession. However, when compared with the other characters in the game, he’s definitely more on the quiet side, and tends to be more cerebral. Because of this more introspective personality, he feels like a Sagittarius.

3

Capricorn – Musa Of Mali

December 22 – January 19

Musa of Mali smiling in Kingdom Come Deliverance 2.

When you meet Musa of Mali in Sigismund’s camp, you wouldn’t assume this is where you’d come across a new ally and friend, but during some secret conversations, you’ll realize that Musa and Henry have more in common than you might first expect.

You’ll have a tough time with these bosses in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2.

Getting to see Musa come along for the ride for Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2’s final act is rewarding, especially with how much his personality stands out compared to other characters. While Musa has a naturally serious disposition, he’s not above bantering with other characters when the mood calls for it. However, he’s talented at managing his priorities, being very goal-oriented. Because of this, he’s easily assigned as a Capricorn.

2

Aquarius – Rosa Ruthard

January 20 – February 18

Rosa aiming a crossbow in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2.

When Henry needs to gain the trust of the local lords and nobility in Kuttenberg, it’s easy to think that you’d spend most of that time bonding with Kunzlin Ruthard, but in fact, you’ll spend much more time with his intelligent and charming daughter Rosa.

While most of the noblewomen you’ll get to know in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 tend to be more docile, Rosa overcomes these expectations and is one of the more independent and confident characters out of the entire cast. This is why it’s so easy to align her with an Aquarius.

1

Pisces – Erik

February 19 – March 20

Erik in full armor in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2.

Throughout the majority of Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2, you’ll naturally spend most of your time with characters on Henry’s side, but there are still a few antagonists who manage to make a strong impression. The best example of this is the impactful rivalry Henry forms with Erik.

In spite of his high standing and powerful combat abilities, we see just as much of Erik’s sensitive and emotional side (understandable given what Henry does to him). This, alongside his strong loyalties that carry over from the first Kingdom Come: Deliverance, make him an obvious Pisces.
