How to Get a Fishing Rod in Rune Slayer
In Rune Slayer, harvesting resources differs slightly from most similar games. Instead of just picking up whatever you find along the way, you need to use the right tools, like an axe to chop wood. In the case of fishing in Rune Slayer, players will need to purchase a Fishing Rod from Simon.
Simon is located in Wayshire, just across from the Inn. He is easy to spot, as he is the only NPC that fishes in the area. Walk up to him and take a look at the wares he has to offer. His stock is small but extremely useful, as he sells a Wooden Fishing Rod for 1 Silver and 25 Copper.
